Liked: Good location, metro then a bus ride to get there. We had a large room with good heating.

Disliked: Noisy people living above woke us up Friday and Saturday nights but this was expected in a Hostel.

Liked: Loved the deco, the staff were so friendly and helpful and gave wonderful tips about Berlin. Would stay there again if I return to Berlin in the future!

Liked: Very pleasant and helpful stuff! Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Rooms were large and spacey. Lots of facilities offered free of charge. Clean and well taken care off hostel in overall

Liked: This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Ralph, the owner spends time with all the incoming guests explaining all about how to get around Berlin and giving suggestions of what you might like to do. The rooms come with a mini-fridge, are spacious and clean, and each one has its own bathroom accross the hall. There are also two free computers and one has a Skype phone! These are really good people. They really go the extra mile here.

Disliked: The only thing that could be seen as a downside is the location - it's a little outside of the multiple city centers, however, that is sort of a plus in disguise. There is a wonderful kitchen and there are several grocery stores in the area (the closest one is just accross the street). If you plan to party all night, you can come here and sleep all day since it's on a fairly quiet street. If you do the day time tourist thing, there is are S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Bus stations all within walking distance.

Liked: The hostel is very clean and comfortable. Besides, the staffs are quite friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they explained the transportation and travel information for us very clearly. I must recommend this hostel for everyone!

Liked: The hostel is generous in every respect. From the exceptionally welcoming & helpful management to the blissfully wide & comfortable beds with free coffee & internet the hostel is the best I have stayed in for some time. The self catering kitchen is a delight & the rooms bright & airy. It is uniquely positioned in an interesting part of town well serviced by public transport & budget food outlets.

Disliked: Everything was quite fine.

Liked: Very friendly staff, who give us great introduction about Berlin (places worth to see and how to get there) and the best map of the city. There was well equipped kitchen and clean rooms and bathrooms. It was much more than I expected for this price :)

Liked: Lovely property, very clean. Helpful and happy staff. Free fruit, tea, water and juice. Very well equipped kitchen. Not far from the Metro, but given that the Metro is quite expensive -getting a cab is similar fare.

Disliked: Staff are not working reception at nights, this made for a difficult entrance into the Hostel upon arrival. However, she had left us instructions which we followed whilst speaking to her on the phone.

Liked: Nice large comfortable rooms. For me it was perfect. I slept well, had a good cheap breakfast in the morning and a hot shower in a clean bathroom. There was a big table and chairs and sofa actually inside the room so I could read, write and relax and talk to other people staying in the room. The host , Ralph, was friendly and welcoming. Inn Berlin is in a quiet part of town but it's well-linked to the bus/u-bahn/s-bahn so it's really easy to get around.

Liked: My favorite part of this hostel was the staff. They proved to be professional and very friendly from the start. Ralph and Paulina were very kind and nice while providing loads of information and tips on Berlin. Another thing you will like is the kitchen and relaxed atmoshere of the hostel. You feel right at home. Real hostel with real community.

Disliked: The only thing I disliked was the location. I started to get a bit tired walking 8 minutes one way to the station. Also, it's not centrally located. However, there are some advantages. The area is quiet and much less expensive when it comes to food and other things you may need.

Liked: This is a very nice hostel with a friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, a lot of freebies (mineral water, coffee, tea, fruit, candy etc). The location is good - just walk 10 minutes to the nearest U-bahn and you will be in the center of Berlin in like 10-15 minutes.

Disliked: There was only one thing that was a bit confusing: on the website it said that breakfast was INCLUDED - but on another page on the website it said that it cost extra, which it did. But this is really no big thing. The breakfast was delicious, by the way.

Liked: We stayed in Berlin for 3 nights at Inn Berlin in an apartment and it was definitely more than we expected! It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and we had a very generous room with our own privacy which we appreciated.

Disliked: It was a bit out of the way - but not too far, about a 7 min walk to the S-bahn one way and 7 mins to U-bahn the other way.

Liked: the staff was really friendly and helpfull. they even got the breakfast back out when we got up late :) we two girls made a lot of mess and the cleaning lady never made an angry face :) there was no noise at night and you have different possibilities to get back home. all in all we really likes it there!!!!

Disliked: when you are a girl you should watch out at night when you are walking home. usually nothings happens...but you never know...there sometimes are some nasty guys bothering the girls

Liked: Warm welcome. Berlin-Inn was bright and clean with good facilities and was easy to get to all main attractions using public transport.

Disliked: Would have liked a map of the immediate area (as it's off all of the tourist maps).

Disliked: Location is a bit far, but it is not a big problem as there are buses in front of the hostel, and metro within walking distance

Liked: The owner (Ralph) was so helpful and lovely. Even though we had the worst weather, he made Berlin a much better experience. We weren't sure what to expect from the outside of the building when we arrived, but walked through the door to find the most homely, A+ hostel that you could ask for. We would definitely stay at Inn Berlin again, and recommend it to all.
