Liked: This hostel is AMAZING! I miss it already. Ralph and his staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hostel is very clean and secure. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a kitchen and a store nearby, so you can save a little money by cooking! The hostel offers free fruit, free tea, free towels, free wifi etc. Also, the showers have WARM water. The hostel is quiet, but you can still chat with some people and have a nice time. All in all I was so impressed with this hostel and the value for the cost. Highly recommended!

Disliked: Nothing! If people don't like the distance from the hostel to the city centre, they should book another location. However, there is a bus stop right in front of the hostel that takes you to the S-bahn in about five minutes. From there, you can catch lines into the centre. It's easy, and it's nice to experience part of Berlin life on the trains. This hostel is so nice that the location did not matter to me at all.

Liked: nos gusto que nos esperaran cuando llegamos ya que no conociamos berlin, ni el idioma, y nos facilitaron informacion, y mapas, y buenos consejos. La gente muy buena onda, tambien los demas pasajeros. La limpieza del lugar fue muy buena. Nos gusto que tuviera lavanderia a un precio muy accesible. Nos gusto que estuvieran cerca del metro, y del supermercado. Todo hizo que nuestra estadia fuera muy buena y que lo quisieramos recomendar.

Liked: Staffs are friendly,kind with lots of passion to welcome you. For me,it's more like a home to stay rather than typical hostel. With this price, everything they offer here are beyond expectation! Definitely recommend this hostel to every traveller. If I come visit Berlin again, undoubtedly inn-Berlin would be my first choice to stay :)

Liked: It was a surprising place! The bedroom was like a "studio", with many facilities and pieces of information about the city and its public transportation. The man responsible for the place was so friendly and spent a long time explaining details about the city. Above all the expectations!

Disliked: There were no disappointments.

Liked: You can come and go when you want, as you have all the keys, the staff are helpful and friendly, they have everything you need, books, internet, food, cooking supplies, magazines, lounge, easy to meet other people, really cheap to stay there

Disliked: it was a small distance out of the center of town but it was easy enough to get there when i sorted out the train system, also i'm not sure how often they cleaned the rooms, but it looked clean enough.

Liked: Truly value for money, everything was great. The decor gave the place a very refreshing look, we just loved the drawings on the wall. Bed was very comfortable and we got very good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Very close to supermarkets and shops, however most were closed during Christmas, but we still managed to get groceries. The kitchen is well equipped, we got our own bathroom and was squeaky clean, plus free towel for use. There's nothing more we could ask for. Very much recommended.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. There were lots of little extras provided which made me feel at home. I had a wonderful time and have been back again before writing this review.

Liked: Ralph stayed up until 10 to wait for us to arrive, even though I had given an estimated arrival of 8:30pm (our trains were delayed). He was incredibly helpful, very knowledgable about the city and things to do, gave us an excellent map and marked lots of great places on it for us, helped us loads when the washing machine wouldn't work for us, and was all around friendly and polite. The hostel is very easy to find and only a short distance from an S-Bahn on one side and U-Bahn on the other, a Penny-Markt (supermarket) just down the road and a bakery too, kitchen is well-stocked with a sensible number of fridges for the people using it. Our room was fantastic, spacious and pretty, the shower was great and bathroom clean. A very enjoyable stay in a great hostel. I would definitely recommend Inn-Berlin

Disliked: a little pricey (per person per night rather than just per night, overall cost in a hotel of similar standards would've been about 75-80% what we paid... still worth it though) and the washing machine wasn't filling with water but Ralph was again very helpful (we suspect that lime clogged up the pipes-it was fine the next day when we did our second load) and it was really not a big deal.

Liked: You get very well looked after. Free Wifi, free fruit, free leftovers in the fridge, free tea & coffee, free sweets on arrival and a private bathroom.

Disliked: Location was pretty rubbish. Not too far on the S-Bahn but still. A little awkward. Also at the time I was there, there was pretty much no atmoshere. I'm sure its waay better in summer mind.

Liked: Very friendly staff, pleasant location.

Disliked: The beds are pretty horrible (extremely soft--backache included). The idea of having a bathroom for each dorm is nice but depending of the size of the dorm it can be easier to have common showers (there´s only one shower and one toilet in each bathroom).

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean, safe, quiet, good breakfast, free tea.

Disliked: 1.We booked twin room. But we got room which was very small, more like a single room. Extra bed was added. 2. Need new pillows. 3. Strong bleach smell in the room.

Liked: Booked a private double bedroom. WIFI was accessible and had good connection in the room. Toilet was large and superbly clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The owner, Ralph and his female colleagues were also very friendly and helpful, and briefed us on the major attractions and nearby stations in Berlin, as the S&U Bahn network can be quite confusing at first. There is a bus stop right opposite the Inn, as well as another one just around the corner.

Disliked: One of the nearest stations, Wollankstrasse was closed during our stay, but the owners were kind enough to show alternative stops to reach the hostel.

Liked: Really helpful front of house staff. Left detailed instructions when I was late. Very funky design of interior. Lots of useful info on boards re excursions all rated by visitors. Good location near to lots of shops, underground stop,restaurants etc. Very clean everywhere. Good breakfast reasonably priced.

Disliked: Some might think it was too far from the city centre but I liked being in a quiet neighbourhood. Very easy to get to the centre anyway by public transport.

Liked: The hostal is very comfortable, the people that works there is very nice and if you want to be in a calm place then you have to choose this hostal.

Disliked: It's a little bit far from the city center, but either way you can reach there if you manage to get used to the public transportation.

Liked: I wanted to change the review to match my thoughts on this hostel more better, since it was truly an excellent hostel. "The personnel was really helpful and friendly and we slept our nights well. Definitely the best hostel we have been to so far. We also got tons of valuable information right on arrival from the owner of the hostel, Ralph. All the places and restaurants he recommended and drew on our map turned out to be excellent".

Liked: Rolf and Marielle the two people who run the property are some of the nicest; most helpful people I've come across in all my travels abroad. I would actually welcome them into my own home here in the USA!!

Liked: Staff are very helpful and there are a large range of things to borrow here. There are a lot of maps and information on Berlin which is handy. Kitchen facilities are great, free wifi is great and it is always clean. Pretty happy with this hostel and I'd stay here again.

Disliked: There wasn't much to dislike. My only complaint would be to fix the shower heads.
