Customer reviewThe staff was very friendly and helpful and had a very good knowledge of Berlin. The room was clean and also otherwise good. The hostel is a bit far away from central Berlin, but the public transport connections are good. |

Kelsey GalbraithWe have been travelling Europe for 5 weeks now, and have been staying in Hostels, This hostel is by far the best we have been to. Ralph is unbelievably imformative and friendly! Especially in Berlin, it really helps to have someone sit down with a map and explain where you are and what your surroundings are. They offer a ton of free things INCLUDING internet. We've met some really great people here and DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone wanting a nice, feel like your at home, place to stay. Bravo! |

Customer reviewit has my recommendation! the staff is the most friendly and helpful ive ever seen, everything is very very clean, there is room service every day, they provide you with breakfast, free computers with internet, an incredible amount of information about programs and tours on the city, very nice decoration, rooms large and with space. The location is not perfect, but in Berlin you kind of need a train to get anywhere, so more 10 minutes in the train to get there doesnt bother that much. Plenty of supermarkets around for you to go and buy stuff for dinner, since you can use the kitchen all the time. Just a little little complain: there sould be bigger curtains in the rooms, since the light comes in the morning. But I was so satisfied that was just a little complain. If you dont have a big budget and go to Berlin, stay here! |

Sandra MarksThis was a good, clean place with spacious rooms - I liked the use of raised bunks with table and chair below. A lot of (IKEA!) effort had been made to brighten up a fairly plain aprtment building. The atmosphere was quiet but friendly enough, although to me it was more like a student hall of residence than a hostel. Staff only on duty for certain times each day, so not easy if you need to access things in the safe or luggage room. The breakfast was adequate and there was free internet. The main drawback was the location - not much going on round this part of Berlin, and only a few eating places nearby which seemed to all close for last orders at 10 pm. |
