Liked: Facilities were great including secure parking. Extremely helpful staff giving tour advice when we arrived and helping us whenever we needed a hand. Felt very safe and secure at this location. Would happily come back when next in Berlin.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and let uskeep our room later than posted because we have a later flight. Close to bus route and S bahn. They sent us clear directions to thr hostel.

Liked: I absolutely loved it. It was extraordinary spacious and quiet. The beds are actually comfortable and the bathrooms are private. It's a smaller hostel so you're less anonymous: both to the staff and to the other hostel inhabitants. The staff is so so so helpful. If you like to be right in the heart of the city, you'll be disappointed, but it's easy to get into town and the neighborhood is quite nice. Because you're not right in the center, there are grocery stores and restaurants that won't break the bank within seconds of the hostel. And the internet connection worked reliably and quickly. And I could go on. Awesome hostel.

Liked: The rooms were bright and friendly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, and this was easily the best hostel I have stayed at during my time in Europe.

Liked: VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!! we stayed in a 5 person dorm which was really spacious, couch, fridge, comfy beds, cupboards, good shower etc. breakfast only 2.90 and was really nice! a good range. really friendly staff, great english. we did get moved in to a private room when we stayed an extra night, which was a little small but still good value for money. breakfast starts at 8.30 though too so a little difficult if you want to leave early. free internet which was fast, free skype phone, washing and drying costs only 2.50 but handy. GREAT STAY...RECOMMENDED!

Liked: AMAZING. Definitely the best place we stayed in over the 6 weeks we were backpacking Europe. The staff were genuinely friendly and Ralph showed actual interest in us as individuals, and not just as customers. The day we arrived, he sat us down for around 30-40 min and gave us a detailed run down of Berlin and suggested certain things we may be interested in. He was also a top notch source of extra information any time we needed it. The place became more than just a hostel during the time we were there - it became a home.

Liked: The decor was very bright and cheerful. The accommodation was very clean and warm. The price included an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff, especially the Manager, Ralph, were very friendly, helpful and approachable. We would love to stay at Inn-Berlin again.

Liked: Very clean (cleaning every day!), very friendly and helpful staff who gave us information about Berlin more than 1 hour on our arrival, everything you might need on a vacation is already offered, some even for free (borrowing umbrella, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper...). Very spacious and clean room with new furniture, TV, DVD player! It is a perfect place to stay!!

Liked: I really liked the personal meeting when we checked in, the suggestions about what to do and see, and the overview of Berlin's layout and public transportation. Also, loved the design and cheery atmosphere as well as special services offered: full kitchen, fridges for storing food, beverages available for purchase, etc.
