Customer reviewEveryone on the staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Ralph, the owner, is very gracious and knows a lot about Berlin. He was outstandingly patient and generous with his time and knowledge (about using the public transportation, etc.) The hostel is clean and quiet, and good for travelers of all ages. The amenities are excellent, including free internet, computers to use, and a washer and dryer. The decor is bright and cheerful, everything is relatively new, the beds are comfortable. A great deal. |

Customer reviewIt was small and therefore not completely anonymous, like some of the larger hostels I've been to. I felt that the staff knew exactly who everybody was ie: which group you were with, what room you were in etc. Also immaculately clean. |

Jonathan KirkwoodFunky hostel. Staff very friendly and helpful - when we checked in we received maps of Berlin with recommendations of areas to visit In a quiet area, but not too far from transport. Looks a bit misleading from the outside - but the hostel it's self is clean vibrant and enjoyable to stay at. |

Customer reviewvery neat and clean. the rooms were spacious. the owner was extremely helpful when we arrived, and chatted to us for about an hour about the sites to see. we got free water, free fruit, free tea and coffee whenever we wanted. the kitchen was really good and we practically had a fridge to ourselves. the restaurant next door - adria - is really yum, cheap and has great service! |

We're in Munich at the moment, and no hostel will ever be able to compare to inn-berlin! seriously good. the staff there are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and clean and pretty and the facilities there are above par. location's not too bad either, but be aware that taxi drivers will try to rip you off. but overall 6 stars. will definitely go back and stay there in future. |

The hostel was a bit far out from the main area but given the size and the amount of things to do you need to travel anywhere. Would definetly stay here again |

Customer reviewNice and comprehensive introduction by the staff to Berlin, public transportation, sights, recommendations. Was bright and clean and comfortable. Also a yummy breakfast with good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location not the most central but easy walk to station and trains go so often it wasn't a problem. |

Jonathan BlackwoodIf there\s a better hostel in Berlin for this money I\ll be surprised. The staff are incredibly helpful and weloming. The rooms are spacious and recently decorated and the place has the facilities more associated with a hotewl than a hostel. If you\re on a budget and don\t know anyone in Berlin, don\t go anywhere else. This is a great place. |
