Liked: Sylvia welcoöed us and helped us out a great deal in the first two days. Clean, cozy hostel with great facilities and great staff.

Disliked: Though accessible during the day, getting home from Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, etc. was a bit tricky.

Liked: The hostel has thought of lots of things other hostel haven't that I have stayed in before, such as luggage scales, freebies, free wifi, and lots of other little perks. The cleaner tidied the room every day. The hostel also provided decent maps of both the city and the public transport system.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Everything!!Rooms are nice, big and clean! The shower is great! There are no problems with hot water at all! The kitchen is very good too, u can find anything u need there! Free internet is also very useful...In general the hostel is really great and I'll recommend it to my friends! It's the right choice for this money!!)

Disliked: Maybe the location a little bit..It's 15 min from the centre by train...But on the side it maybe for the better-it's very quite here and it takes only half an hour to get to the airport...

Liked: it is by far, the best location i met in all my vacations. the place is beautyful, a bit far from the center but still with the best price. it was clean, water and fruit were free and the staff couldn't have behaved better. Inn berlin is the best place to stay in the city.

Liked: Very nice staff. Ralph is great! Clean as any 5 star hotel. Have stayed all over the world and I was amazed about the all the free stuff includded. Really good and more place.

Disliked: If the street was a few blocks closer to town it would be perfect!

Liked: staff was really nice and helpful, the property itself was really warm and comfortable a great place to come back to after a long day of seeing the city.

Disliked: Was not very centrally located, but close to public transportation.

Liked: Great welcome by staff with explanation of what seemed like everything Berlin has to offer, comfortable beds and pillows, private bathrooms, good breakfast, free internet, easy access (albeit farther away from city center)

Disliked: A bit far from center, but multiple public transport methods go here, and it's a cheap cab ride to the train station.

Liked: Inn-Berlin was fantastic! Ralph and the other staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable... and helped me in anyway possible. The rooms were spacious and clean, they gave you free towels, locks for your lockers.. and lended you whatever you needed! The cupboards are huge, so it's very secure... and the train station is only a 5 minute walk.. in a very safe neighbourhood! so coming home at 3am was neither dangerous nor a long trip from the central parts of berlin. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

Disliked: There isn't much i didn't like about the place! however, it did get pretty hot.. so fans in the rooms would be a great idea.

Liked: A lot of information about the city when you arrive at the hostel, nice staff, speaking english properly, walking in and out whenever you want.

Disliked: a bit far away from the city centre, but it was like 500m to the closest S-Bahn Station, so the centre is reacheble pretty easily.

Liked: Our hosts were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful: from carrying my heavy suitcase up the stairs, to explaining the things to see in Berlin, to even sending me an e-mail to make sure we made it back ok. They were so friendly. The whole hostel was very pretty, comfortable, and safe. I was very comfortable just hanging out and eating dinner or chatting with people. I have been to hostels all over the world, and this was by far my favorite and the best.

Disliked: Very little. I loved being there and could have stayed much longer. If I return to Berlin, this hostel will be to where I return.

Liked: The manager and staff were downright wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner and cheerier than any German hotels I've stayed in, and our first night there were gummi bears on the pillows (and when we left we were given juice packs). All manner of cheap places to eat (and groceries) are within a minute's walk -- and there was an inexpensive breakfast (and a "free food" cupboard, and nice kitchen) at the hotel. Oh, and free, fast internet, too.

Disliked: The location isn't in the center of the city, but there's a bus stop right near by.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us a complete city overview and map when we got there. There is a full kitchen and plenty of space in the frigdges. If you want to cook, this is the place to do it! In addition to breakfast which you can buy, there are also snacks and beers avalible to buy.. They also rent movies and have in house laundry. We got gummi bears on our pillows and good bye snacks. Overall we loved our stay at Inn-Berllin and would recomend it.

Liked: It takes around 15/20 min to get to the "centre" (brandenburg door,parlament,etc) by metro. What u will really love is the friendly staff and facilities and services. In what other hostal do u receive gummy bears the first day, free bottle of water and free shampoo during ur whole stay?? Besides u can borrow hairdryer, umbrellas, irons, and lots of more stuff. It is def the best hostal I have stayed so far!!
