Customer reviewWe found that at Inn-Berlin they are very, very helpful and nice, far more than one can normally expect at a hostel. We arrived late at night - they were there for us, we needed a safe place for the car - they helped us out, we needed to make changes to our itinerary and as Inn-Berlin was booked out, they helped us find an alternative accommodation. The list can be made longer. They claim they "treat guests as friends" and we found that to be true. Add to that a central location, internet, nice rooms and affordable prices and you have a perfect place to come back to whenever visting Berlin. We recommend Inn-Berlin! |

The appartment is agreable, the breaksfast is perfect and you really feel as home. If you go to Berlin, it's the ideal place to rest.!! :) |

Hoi Sue Hazel ChangGood transport connection. Helpful staff. Free coffee and tea and nice kitchen. Big bright room! But the booking system might have some problem. I need to change room for 2 times for my 4 nights stay at this hostel. Better email to confirm your booking. |

Customer reviewThe hostel itself was great, with big clean rooms, and really friendly staff. The location isn't the best - but you're on the train all day anyway, so an extra ten minutes isn't a big deal...and having nice rooms makes up for it. Be warned - staff are only there in the morning, so if you need something at night, or if other guests are making noise in the hallways (happened to us with a travelling student group) - there's nothing much you can do about it. |

Laura HendricksI think we've stayed in some pretty good hostels during our Europe trip but this one tops them all. The owner is incredibly accommodating we all felt more like we were at a home rather than a hostel. This place offers umbrellas to borrow, a skype phone, awesome decor and free coffee, tea and fruit 24/7. Our room had a couch, desks, night stands, an alarm clock, and closets. I've never seen a place so nice for so cheap. The location is a little far but its not an issue. The public transportation is really easy in Berlin. I'm sure if you stay here you will be just as impressed as my friends and I. |
