Liked: The café next door was quite good with their breakfast. I have met some very nice people from Germany and Finland. Enough public rooms to rest, not only dormitories. The position is a bit further from the center, but S-bahn makes it in 20 minutes, MetroBus also, not far from the Tegel airport, Spandau or Berlin Messe. Free wi-fi and computer in the Lobby was also good.

Disliked: Bathrooms lacked shower curtains, so it was always water everywhere.

Liked: I liked that there was the Carpe Diem Bistro was right next door, so we could go and get breakfast without having to go on the S-Bahn to find somewhere, and it's good value for money. Also, €8 per night is a fantastic price!

Disliked: Although in the A catchment for the S-Bahn, it did take about half an hour to get into the Mitte. Which was a bit of a pain if you wanted to stay out late, as you either had to leave in time for the last S-bahn, or wait until about 4am to get the next train.

Liked: Wonderfull place. Extremely close to the S-Bahn Station - requires no efforts to find. Helpful and friendly staff told us where to go out, how to get to other cities, etc. Thank you!8 beds dorm with shower, toilet and kitchen (!) for 10 eur is perfect. Even though you have to pay extra for the bed sheets and towel. Moreover, the room was divided into 2 parts - so it was 4-bed dorm in fact.Very nice common room, court and bistro, where you can have the breakfast.Recommend it to everyone. Terrific place!Thank you guys! We'll be back again!

Liked: i work at the hostel myself so i know very well how gard it is to keep everything clean and to plwase all the guests! you guys do a great work! all was good: friendly staff, comfy beds... it's especially great that you have a bistro next to the hostel!thanx a lot!

Liked: one of us got a free night because it was her birthday and it was only 10 euros a night anyway. good atmosphere and free internet. good kitchen, rooms were fine. amazing for the price we paid. good bistro next door with cheap breakfast deals. lidl just round the corner. buses and metro close by that ran with typical german efficiency. staff were really helpful.

Disliked: quite far out and lots of stairs to climb as the lift was broken.

Liked: Very friendly welcome, good advice given and the rooms were very spacious and clean

Disliked: Its in the middle of west berlin, which is very far away from the centre where most attractions are.

Liked: Such friendly ans smiley stuff, breakfast was great and cheap (though not included in the price) and the atmosphere was chilled and colourful. Good value for money, totally recommend it.

Liked: So cheap, you cant find a better place at this price. It is cleaned everyday. You have keys to close the room, it has kitchen to cook. Free internet access in one computer in the lobby. There were plenty of young people to meet.

Disliked: Sooo far from center. You have to pay for the bed sheets. One of the guys from the staff was extremely unpleasant, the rest was ok. One night, they entered a guy in a free bed of our room at 3 am!! their key didnt work, so they started to knock the door heavily at that late time and didnt even say sorry, that was bad. The rest bad things werent their fault, some people are really dirty. Sometimes they abused the "sorry but what do u expect at this prize" philosophy.

Liked: Free Wifi! Plus there are GREAT cheap cheap cheap restaurants around. They've obviously made an effort to spruce the place up and there is relatively new furtniture. Plus the price is great!

Disliked: Unfortunately, this great hostel is WAY out of the center of town. We had to take the Underground for 15 stops to get here.
