Would you like an affordable and somewhat different place to stay in the heart
of Berlin? Then you’ll find what you’re looking for at the HOTEL/HOSTE!

Our guesthouse in the “Berlin Mitte” district offers you a unique experience.
Travel back with us to the former state of East Germany, the GDR, …starting with the
original GDR furniture to a city tour in a Trabant vehicle.

Accommodation Information

You can choose from various types of rooms with different themes at varying
prices: from the “youth holiday camp” room to the pre-fabricated apartment or the
Stasis suite…
And don’t worry! So far no-one has been arrested at the border crossing (check-
in), and the mattresses, bed linen and plumbing are all fully modern and functioning.

Come and enjoy the countless clever and amusing touches of everyday life in the former GDR.
Our HOTEL is just a few minutes away from one of the main train stations the Ostbahnhof. Furthermore cool bars, clubs and several restaurants and shops are very within walking distance.
