Liked: The hostel is just few steps away from the underground which is a big advantage. The staff is quite friendly however i was charged an additional 4 euros for bedlinen..however on hostelbookers website it was written free, huh?!

Liked: Nice breakfast(not included in the price but it's worth the 4euros). We stayed at a dorm and it's as secure as it could be-even we had a trouble opening the door!!

Liked: The hostel is located just opposite the Voltastrasse Metro station, which does give good access to the city centre. However, there is very little to do in the local area without taking the metro into the city or a 30mins walk to Prenzlauer Berg (the hostel is actually in the Wedding district and further away from the nightlife than it indicates). The cleanliness of the hostel is very poor, particularly in the bathrooms. On our floor only one shower (out of three) worked and even then most of the water leaked out of the pipe before it got the head. Reasonably priced, and you get what you pay for but I've stayed in better hostels in Berlin for a similar price.

Liked: Good hostel. Cleanliness could have been better. But good facilities otherwise. Great little fast food shop across the road and right outside an underground.I would definitely return to this hostel.

Liked: If cleanliness is not an issue, stay here. It is very inexpensive, and a good place to stay if you would like to save money. The bathrooms are dirty. One didn't have soap. The showers are dirty, but they get you clean. The rooms were actually pretty clean and we paid for a 14 bed mixed dorm and ended up sleeping in a six bed dorm with no one else so it was pretty cool because there were only 3 of us. It did have lining and towel since we were in a smaller dorm. I think the staff is slow, like mentally challenged. They don't know much and are very confusing. Don't count on them for anything. Also breakfast sucked. There were flys all over the food. The cereal was good. I would stay here again just to save money.

Liked: beware - they chuck in extra beds in peak seasonas a result you may not get sheetsand inside the actual hostel (not reception) it all is a little bit dark and dodgybut you get what you pay for - but where else can you pay 6 euro a night in berlin mittenot sure if id stay again

Liked: the location is ok..close to underground station. What i don't like is the check-in time at 3.00pm..the check-in should be (can be) earlier as the guests suppose to check-out at 11.00am..the breakfast buffet is quite reasonable with the price..there are a plenty of food to choose.

Liked: We had problem with the room's door. Sometimes we couldn't open it and it was only problem we had. Great breakfast, free internet and location. Staff was very nice.

Liked: Do not stay here. The staff are rude. You will get no sleep. People in our room even told us there luggage was placed in plastic bags and removed because the incompetent staff thought they werent booked in. They were and paid up. Others had to sleep on the reception floor as there were no beds. There is no security due to broken locks. The showers stink it is horrible. do not stay here.
