Liked: clean room, felt totally separate from the reception which gives a nice independent flat vibe

Disliked: bathroom was disgusting, 30 minute walk from city centre

Liked: the location for all the sights etc was good but it didn't make sure for everything else the hostel lacked - we didn't receive our bedlinen til the 2nd night, the handle for the lock came off and we had to fix it ourselves, computers for the free internet was always busy and slow, the toilets/washrooms didn't smell great and I've come back from my holiday covered in bites!! bites from what I'm not sure but it isn't pleasant :(

Liked: There are no bed linens or assigned beds, which is very strange. I'm not sure if there's even a shower. There seems to be no heating, so it was very cold and very difficult to sleep, especially since there are no bed linens! And no pillows.

Liked: The hostel positive thing it's the situation, you have 30min walking to the city center and if you don't mind to walk every day you don't need to pay transport.

Liked: I did not like anything about this property except the location. We arrived (4 of us) having paid for 2 private twin rooms. We were given one room with 2 beds. We went downstairs and asked for our other room and were told we could not have it. We argued the case and presented our booking form and were sent to another room only to discover that there were already people in there and they had spare bunkbeds. We went back again and asked if we could have our money back as they could not provide us with what we had paid for. They refused to give us any money back even though we had only just paid and had not been provided with what we paid for. We were then offered a large room with 8 beds, the majority of which were broken. The secure doors to that end of the corridor were not working and led out into dark cold stairs that led goodness knows where.We went downstairs again and asked if we could cancel the booking and have the money back as this was not what we had expected at all. We were told no. We ended up leaving this hostel as it was freezing, the showers and toilets were very few between large numbers of people and we did not feel safe in the environment.It was a very bad start to our visit to Berlin. This hostel tried to charge us over £100 for 2 nights stay with only two beds for 4 people and when we complained, treated us as if we were overreacting. I would definately not reccomend this property to anyone!

Liked: i like this hostel because the rooms are big and its near to the center of town but i think they should clean the rooms. they did not clean the towels and bed clothes in 8 days !

Liked: Friendly, open atmosphere. The room we rent was just renovated, so very good conditions with big tv, clinical bathroom in our room (three beds with bathroom in the room).
