Location, great rooms and friendly people. The only bad thing: at the check-in the girl at the reception set me in the wrong room and one of the supervisors woke me up at 5 AM asking me if I was in the right room. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

The beds at this hostel are great! With the memory foam, you're guaranteed a good night's sleep, though your roommates' snoring might be another thing altogether. The staff were always ready to help and the bar, I can say only good things about. Dressed up as a pseudo-swanky London club with its plush couches and wooden planked terrace area, yet without that pretentious air about it, it felt very cosy. A great place to chill out and meet fellow hostel-liers. This place really is a steal at the prices offered and I would have gladly paid a hefty sum more. If ever I do Berlin again, I'm definately staying at Baxpax again.
