Liked: The location is fantastic, staff are approachable, the general feel of the place can suit any traveler from teen to twilight years 9.9 out of 10!!!!

Disliked: all very good so no complaints from me

Liked: The atmosphere is pretty cool breakfast is 3 euro but is worth it.

Disliked: The only think i found very annoying and inconvenient was the fact that every time you step the wood floor will make noises so and the rooms for more that you tried to be quiet for those that were asleep he lockers and floor made a lot of noise.

Liked: Very unique style, breakfast for 3EUR is totally worth it and it's really clean. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Liked: great location! right next to the metro stop. the breakfast (not free, 3 euros) is pretty good too! better than what most hostels offer. it is wonderfully decorated! love all the sunflowers

Disliked: nothing against the hostel, but in the room i stayed in, the boys were dirty, smelly, and snored REALLY REALLY loud. i could not sleep and wanted to punch them in the face.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere! was really young and funny! i really loved the breakfast!!!

Disliked: the lockers in the dorms didn't work and there was just one toilet for woman on the first floor!

Liked: Cheap rates by Berlin standards, nice common area, well located in an area full of bars, cafes etc. helpful staff, cheap drinks at their bar, free wi-fi ...

Disliked: The key system is really silly (one key for the whole dorm room) so you have to wait at reception every time you want to go to your room :S Plus you have to go through so many doors to get to your room... Also quite cold in my dorm as there were no curtains (!) and the heater wasn't working- really frustrating as there was also no hot water at all in the closest bathrooms, so I definitely wouldn't want to stay here in the middle of winter!!

Liked: very good location

Disliked: some of the stuff where really rude and unhelpful. We had booked a double room but got a twin room with seperate beds - not so fun for a vacation as a couple.... After a lot of fuzz we eventually got a double but had to change room in the middle of our stay. Anyhow the stuff didn´t handle it to well, they where rather irritated with us even thought it was there one mistake...

Liked: Great location, very close to great restaurants, bars, clubs and sights. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when it came to giving advice on getting around Berlin and where to go.

Disliked: The kitchen was quite dirty and not appropriate to cook in, but saying that, it was fine for breakfast in the morning & food is so great/cheap in Berlin it wasn't a prohibiting problem.

Liked: It was my first time I was going to live in such a place with unknown people...but it was fun living there...the staff there was very good,helpful...so 10 out of 10 for staff....luggage room was free....location was good just 5 min walk to railway station...from where we can easily go to city centre in another 5-10 min ride...and lastly it is very cheap....so qverall i would rate 9 out of 10....

Disliked: there is nothing to write in this column....but still ..I can write aboutt fussball game..there I insert 50 cent coin in machine...but it only gives two balls...instead of 10...ok nevermind it was 50 cents only.....yaa onething more carry your own papersoap sometimes you will find there is no handwash in the washrooms....

Liked: A really comfortable and clean little Haven in the East of Berlin. The double room was immaculate and the common areas were full of character and welcoming.

Disliked: While some staff were very helpful, others were quite rude.

Liked: Clean and non-smoking. Groovy area.

Disliked: staff on reception/bar had their own irritating way of ignoring guests/walking away mid-sentence. but i was told it was the Berlin way, so I can excuse that. still, I was pretty annoyed by this at times, and I am from eastern europe, where we are used to bad service. Also, the rental bikes are not in the best shape, although functional.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: There should be more bathrooms and showers. There were only one for 4 rooms. The check-in is at 4 pm - don't know why as the check-out is at 11 and there is not much to clean or tidy after the guests who left.
