Customer reviewOk if you don't mind the fairly corporate type hostels though the bookings were all really unorganised and pretty much everyone i spoke to had to change rooms at least once. I had to move twice. It wasn't very homely feeling and the kitchen was disgusting. Pretty sure the bin was overflowing with smelly rubbish the whole 4 days i was there and the cleaners didn't empty it once. Good location and easy to walk to most places or 2 different train stations. |

Customer reviewAll services were fine; except the kitchen and the laundry (who was inside the kitchen, thats nasty!!!!!!!) I would suggest a hard and good cleaning to the dishes and other stuff in the kitchen |

Bethaney CampbellA great party hostel, with loads of facilities. Bike hire and lunch for $4E is good!! Staff could've spoken better english, as they had trouble understanding a lot of the time. Overall a great hostel!! |

Customer reviewI liked the location of the hostel and it was easy to meet people to hang out with. However, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable that I have experienced. The pillows were especially awful--literally just bags of balled up lumps of something. Also, I think internet should be free, and their internet wasn't very good anyway. |

Customer reviewStrength: Big and systematic. Internet is charged like every hostel, but some important websites (e.g. Berlin tourism, DB) can be accessed for free. Cheap drink stores nearby. Weaknesses: Not very easy to find. No supermarkets nearby. Lockers not available in the room even for a 6-bed room. Confused about why free Wi-fi can only be used in the small lobby (which could only contain about 4 people and without sockets) but charged if using in the rooms. |

Customer reviewThis Hostel was nothing that great, their kitchen was really small, and their laundry didn't really work. |

KENG ONN LEONGLocation was pretty ok for access to 2 metro stations....its right in between these 2 stations. However, no shops or restaurants nearby, hence a bit inconvenient if u wanna get food, etc.... Staff were ultra friendly and very helpful No in room locker as promised.....only shelves with no locks....but those are available at lobby if u want.... Wifi is NOT free....chargeable by 1 hr or 24 hr blocks.....but if u request for a room on Level 1 like mine (Room 103)....you can tap on the free wireless signal which came from the lobby downstairs ;) |

Customer reviewThe washrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was great and right next to a U-bahn station. The tv and lounge is actually just the lobby. |

Wiebke KutscherI spend just one night there, and just for a few hours, due to the fact that i was there for a soccer game and we were partying all night long. I had a great stay even if it was short. the staff is really friendly and helpful. You have key cards which gives you the opportunity to get into the hostel even if no one is at the desk. the rooms are really nice and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom inside the room was clean and big. everything was so modern. I could not believe it when I have seen the room. really good access to the subway. I recomend this hostel to everyone who lives on a budget and just would like to stay in berlin for a couple of days. really great. I would go there again if I am looking for a cheap, but nice place to stay for a night. |

Customer reviewSoap available in the shower and at the sink, bathroom and toilets available in the room, we ordered and paid for 2 beds in a room of 12 people and were placed for the same price in a room for 5. Staff very friendly although not up-to-date with all train connections to Poland (Szeczin). |
