Liked: awesome breakfast, late check out, washing facilities available, internet (although not free). brilliant hostel to hang out in and also ace for going out and about around berlin as it's so central.

Disliked: not enough to put me off but the toilets and showers could have been cleaner

Liked: Near most of the main sites in Berlin and close to a s-bahn station too. Facilities are good and staff really helpful for advice.

Disliked: Only one key per room and not very secure.

Liked: location was close to attractu\ions

Disliked: it was fithy. Cut toe nail clippings on the floor in the room. Floors were not clean, rooms had no locks, steel lookers made lots of noise in the night, common room was filled with smoke so you could not chill there. The place felt like old style cheap cherrful and dirty

Liked: Excellent location. The staff was nice.

Disliked: More light in the rooms would be nice (there was no reading light in our room, only one lamp).

Liked: Good location - 5 min from S/U Bahn station, 10-15 min walk from Brandenburg Gate. Friendly staff, secure and lockers for luggage. Place was pretty clean.

Liked: It's a small hostel to stay in, in the heart of Berlin, very appropriate to meet new friends and with big and spacious rooms.

Disliked: The staff wasn't friendly at all, they just looked after the ladies but not the boys. And there wasn´t any orange juice for breakfast!!!

Liked: Lovely staff who provide a homely atmosphere. The social areas are great for meeting people ad play good music!

Disliked: One key per a room meant that the doors are often unlocked and some people might not feel totally safe with this.

Liked: Its a very cool place to hang out, drink, smoke and meet people. They play rock music in the main area and there's a great atmosphere.Excellent location!!!!

Liked: the place is absolutely perfect... right in the middle of the city.. the staff was so happy and helpful... the rooms (not the dorm ones) had character and they were clean..definitely recommend it..

Disliked: well, so far nothing... maybe another computer would be nice but that's just a suggestion

Liked: Stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. Walking distance from the metro, but a little noisy on some nights when the bar downstairs was active (probably due to weekends)Its sister hostel, Heart of Gold, would be a much better choice. Laundry has to be done at Heart of Gold, which was 3mins walk away.

Liked: A True Value of money. The staff employed were highly informative and very well professionaled (Unlike Venice fish of venice). An excellent place to live for people of all age and all ethnicity. Trust me you wont get any better deal than this in berlin. I hope staff there are well paid and happy with their job otherwise please inform the employer they need salary hike.
