Liked: I like the way the rooms are painted. Not something for your own home but a nice novelty. It is in a good location and I have met some great people.

Disliked: some of the staff were not overly friendly and there are no laundry services.

Liked: I like a lot the awesome stuff. They helped a lot and they had real good tips for eating, shopping and being in Berlin with a little money. The rooms were amazingly beautiful and clean. And it was fun to fall asleep while listening to tango which they played in the tango school downstairs... I liked it a lot! The kitchen was clean and everything worked out really well there.

Disliked: We had 3 safety lockers in room of 3 people, but only one of the lockers had a key. It would have been nicer if all of us to have own locker, after all it's not nice to carry your valuables around the town while you're partying but neither it's fun to leave them laying around on the floor of the hostel room. And fridges were rather small. There was nothing else which me or my roomates disliked.

Liked: Staff very friendly and willing to be of any assistance. Very modern and new facilities. Cleanest hostel Ive stayed in, great kitchen and common area to meet people. 24 hour reception is great and comfy couches.

Liked: It was very sociable, and the kitchen was great. The rooms are all different and really nice.

Disliked: Showers turn off every 10 seconds.

Liked: The atmosphere was great, since it was a more intimate and smaller setting in the bar area it forced you to make friends was sweet. For me Till made my stay a thousand times better, he was helpful, respectful, friendly and fun. I always looked forward to his night shift, the other staff were boring and not as friendly compared to Till. Shame he left.

Disliked: Could have more seating in lounge area would be nice. Having to sign into the internet every time you use it was annoying.

Liked: Very near the metro, clean sheets and a kitchen with all facilities to. The reception was avable 24/7

Disliked: No washer service nearer than 1 km. The staff was not allways avalible and the it felt a bit like like a shool

Liked: It was nicely decorated and the staff was mostly friendly.

Disliked: Despite the high rates per night, I still had to rent a towel, put a deposit down for the room key, put a deposit down for the locker, put my own linen on the bed, take off my own linen, etc etc. Horrible value for my money.

Liked: The dragonfly and pond wall paintings were interesting.

Disliked: It was very business-like. There's too many people moving in and out of the rooms to create a friendly atmosphere.

Liked: La ubicación es muy cómoda.

Disliked: Las heladeras son muy chicas para la cantidad de gente que hay. Solamente puedes las bebidas alcohólicas que venden ellos. No hay un lugar cómodo para sentarse a comer si el hostel está full.

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, clean. I actually left my wallet in the WC on my way out (yikes!) and when I got on the internet to look up their phone number I had an email saying my wallet was safe and still had all its contents and they were holding it for me.

Disliked: It's not much really, and more of a warning than a criticism, but the hostel entrance is in the back of a dirty courtyard and up three flights of stairs (there's a lift, too), but as a single female traveler, I was acutely aware of the fact that no one was around and I didn't really know where I was going...

Liked: This was my first time staying in a hostel. I was truly impressed. I stayed in a 12 dorm and met so many wonderful people and made so many good friends just on the first day of arrival and every single coming day for a week. People are so nice and friendly and we all went out together, it was amazing! The kitchen is such a nice place to meet and interact with people, so cosy! The showers and toilets are clean and not always packed so you don't have to line up and plenty of spaces. The staff was absolutely helpful and warm and recommended so many great activities. Thank's to this hostel, Berlin will always remind me of so many beautiful memories that I will always keep with me and the people that I met that I am still in touch with now! Absolutely recommended!

Liked: really good kitchen and great service from staff. Location at 25 minutes from Museums island by foot.

Disliked: Only one electricity socket on a room for 12 people (Simply makes no sense!). There is an internet workstation (a computer) as stated on description, but they never say you have to pay to use it. Anyway is a good price: 50 cents for 30 minutes.

Liked: The location was right next to the metro stop, which was so convenient, and the hostel location itself is right in the middle of Berlin so everywhere you want to go is either a walk or an easy metro ride away. The rooms were also really neat

Disliked: nope.
