Liked: location was great, just a nice walk from everything you needed to see. the staff was amazing and very helpful. The only issue would be the disco bar under the hostel it was really loud!

Liked: The luggage room which only the staff has access to and they put numbers on your bags so you have to give them the paper to get your bag. (It's like a coat check). The mat in the shower. The bar in the reception.

Liked: The staff was really nice and accomodating. They were willing to help us--from directions to the nearest grocery store, to making change for my large bills.

Liked: central, even though there were no locks on the doors, it seemed to be a safe place.

Liked: The central location, and also close to the metro! The free tours and awesome pubcrawl they advertised ROCKED. The phones and internet were nice, and the main lounge had a nice ambiance.

Liked: clean; even with small washrooms, never felt overcrowded; fun decoration; great music in the lounge; fast & friendly service mostly. The two girls at the desk were very friendly, the guys less so. One complaint: the cleaning lady was abrupt, pushy, and barged into the washrooms at the busiest times in front of everyone to start scrubbing like a madwoman. I think she was just crazy though.

Liked: Great location - 15 min walk from Hauptbahnhof.I stayed in the 32 bed dorm - it was nice. At night you can even see the Brandenburg Gate light up through the window.The free walking city tour recomended by the staff was EXCELLENT!
