Liked: Not much.

Disliked: The team of Generator's employees is completely unprepared.

Liked: Nothing - we booked in a rush and it was a big mistake.

Disliked: Surly staff who didn't like being asked something more than once, and are so used to dealing with kids that they have the inability to talk to adults like adults. The clientele of the hostel are very young. If you are 18 and wanna party its fine. If you are a bit older and wanna party but in a different way and with some interesting people then this is not the place to be.

Liked: it is like a hotel! really clean bathrooms and rooms. the bar is good - nice to predrink and meet people before going out. good security and internet (would be nice if it was free though) The free breakfast is really good.

Disliked: could have had free internet.

Liked: close to U-bahn, good value, clean. Missed breakfast so cant comment on that. Think possibility to pay extra 4 Euros for late check out can be handy :)

Liked: Lively atmsophere, easy to meet people and the staff were friendly! (cheap drinks in happy hour :) )

Disliked: Slightly furher out, but relatively easy to get to

Liked: The facilities were great and they were very easy going. The fact you can pay an extra 4Euro and extend the check out time was great. Especially when you have been partying in Berlin til the sun comes up.

Disliked: The showers in the rooms are angry! One really powerful jetstream! Ouch!

Liked: It was close to transport and easy to get around. it was good for single travellers and had computers and internet and nice lounges and a bar and it was easy to meet other travellers. They had free walking tours of the city and you could meet from the hostel and also pub crawls starting from the hostel. It was a fun place and had a nice atmosphere and the staff were helpful and spoke english.

Disliked: i had a six bedroom dorm which was fine but the bathroom was too small.

Liked: Great environment and free wifi available downstairs.

Disliked: Very small bedrooms and phone box sized bathrooms.

Liked: The bar downstairs always created quite a good atmosphere as it is easy to meet new people and then move on in groups and go out afterwards.

Disliked: The distance from the centre of town. But at least the trains went on all night.

Liked: The staff talk a lot of languages (not only english), they have goods city tours and they make everything possible to make you fell good. Every day have partys on the hostels bar to try to make the people interact each other.

Disliked: A lot of very young people, dont have a necessary numbers of computers

Liked: The breakfest is very good.. and that is it.

Disliked: The bedroom was dirty when I`ve arrived and the location is very bad.. too far away from everything.

Liked: The location is near a S-bahn and very easily to find it. Besides, it's cheap and includes breakfast.

Disliked: It's not good place for a person who has some age because it's too noisy. All night, I could hear some guys talked either outside my window, or outside my door. You just couldn't have a good sleep.

Liked: It is a huge hostel with a lot of young people wanting to party, it never sleeps. The bar prices were great, and the staff is very helpfull.

Disliked: The room was very tiny, we barely couldnt move in there. The beds make a lot of noise everytime someone moves during the night. The bathrroms werent so clean as they claim it is. The locations is not good at all, it is far away from dontown and you have to get a tram and stays in it at least 15 minutes.

Disliked: Nao é muito perto do centro, mas fica na porta da estaçao de metro!

Liked: Close to the S-bahn, nice bar (with cheap prices), Helpfull desk personell :)

Disliked: To much sound on the evenings (nights) from small kids running around in the corridors. You could practikly hear everything that was happening on the hostel. The personell didn't change blankets, towels or cheats once in a week. That should have been done atleast once witout any questions or that I should have too ask about it...

Liked: Breakfast is good, if you are used to eating sausages or leverbush at breakfast...no fruits or whatsoever. The good thing about the hotel is the 24 hs reception service and the possibility of a late check out. It is recommend for the youngest, under 22 specially.

Disliked: It's pricy for the service and location offered. It's pretty far from the center and the main attractions, although it is next to the tram/train station. This means spending lots of money on transport. If your not into college or hgh school environment, this is not for you. it's a childish environment, people are in the mood of flirting even at 8 am during breakfast...Also...veryyyy veryyy noisy, papel like walls between rooms. The elevator is really slow, the staff is not friendly at all except for the manager that is the only one willing to help at any time or request. Overall, the cleaning service was the best, they kept our room very well, and never touched any of our personals. So that's a plus. There's laundry service which is good, but pricy, the same as any meal there.

Liked: Great place, clean, modern building. Nice rooms, nice staff, great food and bar. Easy to get anywhere in berlin on the s-bahn.
