Brendan O'Neillthe hostel was ok but its so big theres obviously going to be some idiots staying there. its not the kinda place to stay if you want character and somewhere to relax in. Internet was really expensive and 4-5 computers for hundreds of guests is just plain stupid, otherwise it was cheap and they do warn you its a party hostel. |

Customer reviewThe rates were fairly cheap, and the location not bad - it's easy to find from Schonefeld airport. However, the breakfast (included in the price) comprised of hard rolls, cheese and some german sausage, a bit of muesli and milk. There was no fresh fruit or fruit juice, and though there was yoghurt on some days, when they ran out they weren't in a hurry to replace it. Also, private reading lights do not come as standard, thus if one of the other people in your dormitory wants to stay up reading, you can't get to sleep because the light is so bright (this happened to us, with one girl staying up until 3am with all the lights on). Stay here for price, not quality. |

Customer reviewGreat price of €10. Right next to s-bahn train stop, some cheap places to eat & drink around the corner. Met others easily which made my stay a lot better. Only downside is there are a lot of schoolgroups there so 14 year olds running around being noisy. Admittedly this was only before 10pm and had no problems sleeping. Given the price this is well worth staying at |

Anthony FalzonBrilliant bar and happy hour specials. Cooked dinner for 5 euro you can get a big feed. Great place to meet people. amazing atmosphere but a little bit out of town but the tram stop is right there so that was not a problem. Very cheap accomodation and free breakfast is included.Defaintley stay again and recommend it to any travellers. |

Customer reviewIs was a very interesting time. My husband and I stayed at a room with other 6 girls. THis fact was vrey important to us, because we did not have problems with the room-mates (we were afraid of it, as it was our first time in a Hostel). We met a guy at Generator that had problems with a room-mate that smoked inside the room at evenings (it is prohibided at Generator). So, thank's God it did not happen to us. We liked a lot, specially the criteria used by Generator to choose our room, and would recommend. |

Customer reviewReally big, and the bar is fun, with karaoke every Monday and Thursday night. There is no kitchen, unless you want to pay them to cook something for you, with dinner every night. But I just walked down the street to the local food shops. Very easy to get to and from the city centre and other surrounding places. Clean rooms, and very clean bathrooms. Breakfast is average but tasty and fresh. |

Customer reviewLocation was a little far out of Berlin, Dorms clean and large with lockers. If you don't mind paying 2.1Euro each way into Berlin (while in the centre almost all tourist attractions are within walking distance) then the cheap price shouldn't worry you. Rebecca HarveyThere was a complication with our booking and so we didn't get the room that we booked. The music from the bar completely dominates the entire communal areas. The inclusive breakfast was excellent, you could take as much as you needed, and there was a good enough range of food available. |
