Liked: Spacious rooms, good showers, very confortable beds, good insulation against noise, nice basic breakfast with fresh bread

Disliked: Price on hostelbookers was higher then what was displayed in hotel, slippery floor in the bathroom

Liked: it felt really safe and the bar was a bonus!!

Disliked: the location and the size!! but it was easy enough to catch the train into town! just a bit too big for my liking!

Liked: What you see is what you get: cheap backpacker hostel, well located, perfect for interrail and similar. Even more when you go with friends.

Disliked: The rooms are really small. The toilet looks like an airplane one

Liked: Close to transport systems. Friendly staff. Clean linen and room. Meals very tasty and reasonably priced.

Disliked: Noisy at night ! People outside chatting, twice through the whole night laughing and shouting. As it was quite warm we had to have our windows open, if the windows were closed to shut out the noise of the other holiday makers, we were uncomfortable with the heat. I understand that these people are on holiday and should be free to do as they wish but we were on holiday too and deserved to sleep in peace after a certain time. Enforcement of the 11 o'clock rule ( rather than a request) may be a start.

Liked: No curfew, possibility to have a cheap drink at the hostel if the weather is too bad, the place is rather clean, next to the S-Bahn station, and next to restaurants & a supermarket.

Disliked: Maybe too huge, the breakfast bread wasn't that fresh

Liked: Everything! The hostel is huge, the bar and eating area is of the chain, breakfast is pretty good, very tidy and clean. The free walking actually picked us up and takes you into town. P.S Beds were comfortable and happy hour was awesome, definitely stay here. Berlin is huge so you cant really get something central since everything is everywhere, trams are cheap.

Liked: lively hostel with a great atmosphere, cheap bar during happy hour, standard functional rooms and a decent breakfast included in the price! Good place to stay for exploring the city!

Disliked: The location was a bit further out but the public transport in the day meant that that was usually not an issue. At night took quite a while to get back to. Immediate surroundings very industrial with little going on and a bit derelict. bathroom was very small in 6 person room.

Liked: the bar! modern place perfect for travellers and exceptionally cheap and great value for money, breakfast is included too

Disliked: reception weren't too helpful with general enquries. we were left waiting a long time until they dealt with us, you have to approach them. very far from town, though this if from two people that liked to walk everywhere.. trams are avaliable

Liked: Rooms were very clean and comfy, bed linen was extremely clean and white, it was quiet. Breakfast was included and it was filling, great to start the day with.

Disliked: Perhaps the hostel is too big and quite too busy. Too many travellers coming and going all the time. Impersonal.

Liked: The best hostel I've ever stayed at! The staff is amazing, but hostel staff is usually friendly. What distinguished this one was it's level of cleanliness, the fact that they even included clean towels for every bed, and their amazing breakfast with wide selection.

Disliked: Minor things: toilet cabins are too small (knees almost hitting the door), and I didn't like the taps in the bathrooms: 2 separate for hot and cold, and they were too close to the wall of the sink, so hard to wash hands properly.

Liked: Really friendly staff, international flair, nice people to share the dorm with, good price-performance-ratio. Had a lot of fun!

Disliked: The bathroom in my "ensuite" room was very small and didn't shield noises! So you'll always hear what people are doing inside.. ;) Maybe normal dorm (without ensuite) is the better option, as the bathrooms on the floors looked really good.

Liked: Good on street parking - no worries there. No extra hidden costs. Breakfast was ok (coffee, tea, cereal, bread, spreads, gouda, and some sliced meat), I made lunch for later with the bread rolls... Located about 15mins from the city centre, but with both direct Metro and Train connections outside the front door. either 4.60 for a return ticket to the city centre, or 630 for a daily ticket.

Disliked: I didnt dislike the location, but its true that each day one must travel into the centre - hardly a trek though...

Liked: The best hostel i have ever stayed!! funny, secure, close to everything, the biggest and the cleanest. Great breakfast and value for money ;)

Liked: This hostel had such a great party atmosphere.. and was super clean. The bar was also very cool.

Disliked: breakfast in the morning can be a little disorganized, and the ensuite bathrooms were small... but it wasn't an issue.

Liked: Great price! Pretty good location next to the tram. Fun atmosphere with a bar inside and tons of people from all over the world visiting Berlin.

Disliked: The pillows on the bed were more like a giant cotton ball. There was only one plug in the women's bathroom. Wifi/internet is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.
