Liked: This hostel has a lot of character, lovely old factory building in a cool area close to some bars and flea market, easy to get to other parts of the city. The showers were amazing! Very clean generally. Recommended.

Liked: depends what you're after - area was fine but a few s-bahn stops from the mitte - not walking distance in my mind. cool graffiti on the walls and nice and clean. great if you want to meet other people but probably a bit pricey for the location if you prefer hanging by yourself.. amazing bagel/coffee spot just down the road!

Liked: Great atmosphere, incredibly clean rooms, fabulous breakfast, great location, fair prices, excellent staff - they were very friendly and very helpful. I highly reccommend Globetrotter Odyssee Hostel.

Liked: This is the best hostel in Berlin. It's comfortable and relaxed, with a great atmosphere. I always meet interesting, fun people staying in the hostel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easygoing. And the neighborhood is great; it's close to public transit and near lots of places to eat, drink, and shop. If they would let me I think I would just move in and never leave!-matt

Liked: clean room and friendly staff. location is prefect, right in the middle of some the best cocktail/beer bars and restaurants. hostel had an okayish bar with a pool table to spark up conversation with others. train connection very close and journey to alexander platz takes no more than 8-10 minutes. rather expensive place to stay but ultimately a worth while place to stay.

Liked: Staff not the friendliest, especially the young guy with the goatee, never smiles and regularly grunts at you instead of actually speaking. Kitchen is only open from 12 noon until 9pm- which basically means you are obliged to have their breakfast, so add another 3 euro on there! One hour walk from centre, but transport okay. Very clean.

Liked: the staff were super helpful, especially when we told them we had been hard dealt with when we were fined on the metro. good place to stay at, bit out of the way, but not hard to reach, with a number of major lines a short walk away. right on a happening little strip (that is cheap as chips to)!!
