Liked: friendly staff,clean and good location

Disliked: open showers,not very private

Liked: Clean, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, and decent size lockers.

Disliked: Would have prefered if there had been someone on night duty. It was very easy for someone who wasn't staying in the hostel to get in. The hostel's location on a main road does mean that the noise of traffic can keep a person awake at night.

Liked: Well organized kitchen and room. You have a big locker to yourself. Sheets are clean and enough number of showers and toiletts :)

Disliked: If you are looking for meeting new people, this might not be a place for you. This is a bit like city hotel type of accomodation.

Liked: The room is clean and bathroom have good facility. Bed is big! Locker in the room! 90%!!

Liked: there was a problem in our reservation... they only booked us for one night when it was supposed to be for 2. they staff made arrangements to accomodate us for the second night and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. excellent customer service.

Disliked: just the mistake on our reservation but overall a great place to stay.

Liked: We liked all the stuff, kitchen had everything, hostel is an big advertisement for Ikea

Disliked: had to pay for internet and shower turned cold every 30 seconds and turned itself off way too fast!

Disliked: this is not so much a backpacker hostel but seems more like somewhere people stay for for - was full of middle-aged german men. Definately not a place to meet other travellers.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, helpful staff. Not much of a socializing kind of place but then Augsburg isn't really a party town itself. The kitchen, smoking lounge are well thought out. Perfect place to spend a day or two to get away from the big city Munich.

Liked: its very clean and new,walking distance from the train station like 10min which is not too bad,spacy kitchen.staff were nice enough,only thing is,check in is by 21:00,and nobody will be there at the reception at night.but u could borrow a hair dryer at the reception.only thing is,it was during oktoberfest in munich and in my room,there was a big drunk group,and since i was the only individual traveller in the room,they ignored me sleeping and went loud at late night also in early morning.it wasnt nice,they shouldnt have put us together in the same room!

Liked: Very clean, the room we were in had huuuuge beds!! The bottom bunk was the size of a double bed. Nice TV/sitting room, nicely furnished. Not very many shower/toilets. Overall though very good value for money.Hostels directions don´´t have any information on how to get there from the train station but its about a 15min walk in pretty much a straight line and the hostel is well signed.

Liked: I backpacked through Europe for 4 months and this is the best hostel I've stayed at. It was impeccably clean, the beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and the staff was extremely helpful. We got lost on our way and didn't get in till 4am. The desk was closed, but we called the number and someone came in the middle of the night to let us in!The only drawback to the hostel was that since it is a new hostel we couldn't find anyone to help us locate it. Also, it is about a 10-15 minute walk to main train station.
