Overview

Really nice Georgian family atmosphere in central Sighnaghi. Traditional Kakheti breakfast ( 5 lari ) and dinner ( 10 Lari ) served upon request with their home made wine -all of which can be enjoyed form the terrace over looking the scenic town and hills. All rooms have wi fi access, private bathrooms and hot showers. Nado is happy to pick you up from bus stop free of charge. On Sundays you can enjoy as they play guitar and sing folk songs. Nato is very helpful and her simple English is good.

The Sozashvili Family at Guest House Nato and Lado make you feel at home and helps you with anything you need and any place in the area you like to go. They have welcomed and entertained travelers from all over the world since opening in 2010. Guests have free access to three common areas, a balcony, living, room terrace and flat roof top, all with pleasant relaxing scenic views. The wi-fi access is working from inside the five private rooms and from all the common areas as well. Wine and "cha cha" is available all day long and local shops and markets are 3 minutes away where fruit vegetables and cold drinks are available. One of our guests suggested that we organize a day trip tour to our vineyard in the harvest months of September, October and November to show them how to harvest grapes, make wine, and make "churchxela" also known as "cha cha". Also another guest asked about traditional Georgian cooking and liked to learn some of our common recipes. Day trips to the historic monasteries, David Gareji can be arranged for 120 Lari upon request. If you are interested ask Nato.

Accommodation Information

Family 5 bedroom home in town centre of Sighnaghi with all en-suite rooms and balconies and large flat rooftop with lovely scenic view. Two rooms have double bed, two rooms have one double bed and one single and 2 adjoining rooms can sleep 6 persons in 1 double bed and 5 single twin sized beds. Two common areas on second floor terrace and 3rd floor roof top.
