The residence offers 43 modern and spacious accommodations, including studios for 1 or 2 persons as well as apartments for up to 4 persons. All of them are soundproofed and feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, satellite TV and wireless Internet access. Studios feature a comfortable double bed.

Cleaning (except the kitchenette) and household linen change are provided daily for stays until 7 nights, and weekly for stays over 7 nights (extra cleaning service and extra linen change are also available).
