Customer reviewRoom was small, could barely fit in the shower. Rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms. Good location and the front desk was helpful. |

Meinrad OberholzerVery good location. Metrostation in front of the Hotel Very poor maintenance in the room. Most of the lights in the room did not work. Water in the lavatory did not flow down properly. Paint came of the ceiling. |

fabio goulartWe stayed two days at this hotel and We liked very much. Staff are frinedly. There is wifi at the lobby ( the onjky thing they can make better, like put wifi in the room). It´s cleaned and WE were surprised with the size of the elevator. We nver saw one like that. So small, but useful. I recommend this hostel for everyone. |

Customer reviewThe staff was so helpful in helping us find out how to get to different attractions. They were so friendly and I would recommend to stay here for the staff alone. The location was excellent and close to the metro which takes you to all locations. The room was clean. I would stay here again. Good Value. |

Customer reviewThe lift don't exist!! It´s so small, so small, but it's better than if I have to go to the 4th floor by stairs. At night we wake up several times, specially when someone arrives or go out, cause the doors are too noisy and the walls are so thin that we can hear everything from the other room. There is a area that we can use internet, but it's too expensive and it's not confortable. It doesn´t exist a place where we can meet another people - but that was not so important for me. The metro is just in front of the hotel, and that is great. The staff it's nice, but it's difficult to them to give touristic information in english. |
