Liked: Breakfast was included and the room gave good views.

Disliked: The room was old - ceiling was mouldy - and the bathroom was tiny.

Liked: The room was very clean and spacious, and newly decorated.Breakfast was better than expected - we had bread, pain au chocolat, orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate.

Disliked: The communal toilets and showers were not so nice, but overall they were acceptable.

Liked: Nice bedroom, decent size with sink in the room. Location was good, a few minutes walk from Anvers Metro station. Woman at reception spoke English which was useful. Shower was good.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't good, not enough options - only bread and jam. Some members of staff were also a bit abrupt with us at breakfast. Interior decor wasn't appealing. A bit noisy at night. There wasn't showers on every floor and no towels were provided until the second day of our stay. We also paid for an ensuites however, there was only a sink - it should be more clear about the facilities.

Liked: Very good location. Nothing special but clean. Quite nice place; worth staying for their prices. Even breakfast is included (just bread and marmelad, and coffee, but still).

Disliked: The only poblem: they do not accept cards, though ATM is arround the corner, but be pepared for this. And stuff seems to be not very friendly unless you pay for your stay in advance. Probably they have bad experience with people paying by stolen cards, I do not know. This was the only bad experience - first half an hour.

Liked: The name of the hotel describe best about itself - perfect! The staff is fantastic, especially Chantal the receptionist who is very kind, helpful and friendly. Value for money and you can use the microwave in the kitchen made us feel like home. Its definitely a great place to stay and I would give it a 100%.

Disliked: Our room is a little old but its very comfortable.

Liked: Great location - close to Eurostar. Good basic berakfast. Can be a little noisey but if you make the most of Paris you will be too tired & sleep through it!!!

Liked: it was very good located, just few minutes by walk from the station Anvers from where its just few steps to Sacre Coeur cathedral. staff was very nice and helpful despite that not all of them were talking English. on some floors there were still doing refurbishment, but there was cleaning service in room every day, even on Sunday, very good! there was nice breakfast every day included in the price of room. we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect value for money. I really recommend this property!

Liked: The staff is very nice. The room is clean. They served you during the breakfast time and the breakfast is quite nice. The location is good because we can walk to the main attractions in paris.

Liked: Room was clean and showers hot. Room smelled quite musty, slept with ear plugs after being woken up a lot by noisy people at 3 am. Convienent location.

Liked: The location of it and the helpfulness of the staff stand out significantly. It is not walking distance to the Champs Elysees but it is very close to Gallerie Lafayette and at the foot of Montematre/Pigalle (think Moulin Rouge), Rue du Abssess and Sacre Couer which is a big advantage - these are great areas to be within walking distance of and instead of metro or worse taxis. Rue de Martyrs is also parallel which is a street replete with bakeries, fruit/veg stalls and cafes. It is also a 10 minute walk from Gard du Nord with wheelie luggage. They mentioned that it was going to be renovated shortly and this would be a welcomed addition.Let's be honest, it is not a fancy hotel. It does not have a lot of services, it is a little noisy with people able to hear other people around as if they are in the room with you (a comment I made frequently) and two out of three mornings I was awoken by a garbage truck collecting garbage and its siren noise driving up the street. However, there is no denying that this is serious value for money and I would return without hesitation and recommend it heartily to friends who are indifferent to luxuries and cost focused who want somewhere clean, accessible and well-placed in a dynamic area.

Liked: This was really a hotel! Friendly staff ready to help anytime. Quite a good location. Cozy and clean rooms. The breakfast (table service) was every day the same (pain au chocolat, baguette, butter, jam, coffee, tee or hot chocolate and orange juice) but for the short stay ok. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or stay there again!
