Liked: the room was clean. the breakfast was ok.

Disliked: there was only one toilet per floor, and there was not shower at every floor. the hotel was been restored so there was no stairs available, only an elevator for the whole building!! max 4 people!! sometimes we had to wait like 10 minutes to go to the reception.

Liked: Lovely staff and given it is Paris it was a good price. Nice hot powerful shower and yummy breakfast-pain au chocolat and baguette with coffee/tea/hot chocolate; much needed when you're too tired to hunt around for breakfast! Very close to a bakery and a cornershop. Easy walk to Anvers metro to get to all the sights.

Disliked: The room was pretty small and you could hear everything through the walls-woke me up a coupla times!

Liked: Great Location, a lot of restaurants around , near of the Metro Station. Nice accomodation and good breakfast.

Disliked: THe staff not so fluent in english , really difficult to get an information about the touristic places.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: The place has no internet yet call itself a hotel! Even hostel has internet, how can a hotel not provide its occupants with internet?! The location is also not very good, it is actually quite a long uphill walk from the metro. When we were there, they were carrying out works on the stairs so they blocked off the stairs. Although we were on the second storey, we have to reply on the only lift available to get to the ground floor which would be accessed much faster via the stairs!

Liked: Breakfast was tasty and the rooms were cleaned and serviced every day. The showers were hot and had good pressure. It was quite close to a Metro station, but not one of the main ones so sometimes we had to change trains several times to get to the main attractions. It was right next to a supermarket and Sacre Coeur and the main square of Montmartre were just up the road.

Disliked: Breakfast was served to you so you couldn't get seconds. The kitchen was rather bare, with only a microwave, sink, fridge and hot water dispenser (no kettle), and very few dishes and cups. There was nowhere to relax and meet other travellers. The tv was used by one of the staff members at night and the 'lounge area' was out of the way and no-one ever sat there. There was no lock on the left luggage and you had to go up the road to get internet at the cafe. The mattresses didn't have great support and the double bed was barely big enough for two people.

Liked: Private rooms cleaned daily. Pretty close to the Train station, metro stop, and Montmarte. Great breakfast. Good water pressure.

Disliked: Far from city center, some construction going on, could not take key outside hostel (but that way you never lose it), no computers.

Liked: Friendly receptionist, everyday changing towels and cleaning room, quiet, good breafast.

Disliked: No wifi conection for free. Triple room was small like double with 1 more bed so there is no enought space for walking.

Liked: The Perfect Hostel is more a basic hotel than a hostel, but the rooms are clean and warm and the showers are hot, and it's pretty cheap. It's not a lively hostel with any kind of social area - no bar etc, but that suited us as we weren't interested in that kind of thing. Also, seems to be in the process of being refurbished, so it could be very different next time!

Disliked: Nothing really; there was no WiFi, but I don't think it was advertised with WiFi, so can't complain.

Liked: Location is very good and it is easy to move around Paris from there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean.

Disliked: The kitchen is by far under equipped. They just need to spend a small amount af money on some of the basics.

Liked: Me and a friend stayed in the Perfect Hostel in November and had an amazing time. The location is superb, it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station and there is a supermarket right beside it. The Montemarte area has been known to be quite dodgy but we absolutely loved it, we never felt unsafe or worried about the location of the hostel. The room sizes are great (we got a double bed and a single bed in our room), also the rooms are cleaned daily which was nice.

Disliked: As the rooms are fitted with wooden floors the hostel can be quite noisy (people walking around upstairs with shoes on). Also, the walls are quite thin so you can hear people in the room beside you if they have music on, etc... As well as this, we had a sink in our room and the plumbing system in the hostel is very noisy. If someone comes back at 4am and starts running the water in their sink then the whole plumbing system starts up and makes a fair racket. However, the only problems that we had with our stay was the noisiness, the hostel was "Perfect" apart from that!

Liked: Location = supermarkets, metro and sacred cuer nearby and there is a living/waiting room at reception for resting if you have checked out but your departure is few hours later

Disliked: The worn out carpet and furniture in the room, it's an old hotel that needs a refurbishment to cater for modern tenants.

Liked: The price is fantastic concidering the location and the hotel itself. Me and my girlfriend stayed in an ensuite private room for 3 nights, we liked it very much and would recommend it to couples, groups or solo travelers.

Disliked: If can not think of a thing I would change in this hotel. For couples on a budget just like us it is really a great place to stay. But for someone who's willing to pay more the location and rooms could be better.

Liked: It was clean and cute. Breakfast was set up at the tables. They served croissants, banquettes, juice, and a hot drink to your table. There weren't many people there so we never waited for a shower or toilet, it's like we had the place to ourselves. It was more of a hotel than a hostel. Great location close to the metro.

Disliked: There wasn't internet available to use.

Liked: The room we stayed in was clean and it seemed to have been decorated recently which was a big plus.

Disliked: The rest of the property (the corridors especially) seemed like it was still to be decorated..

Liked: Place is clean and safe. Stayed for three days and the room was cleaned everyday.

Disliked: Buildings are way too old. Linens are clean but they are old. The curtains building wall everything is pretty old. One can here even cough noise from next door. little cramped than other hostels i stayed in.

Liked: I liked that the hostel is a 10 minute walk from Anvers metro station. The 3 person room was quite quaint and very clean. It was an okay size for 3 backpackers. The staff at the reception were also very helpful, and showed us how to get to all the main attractions by the metro.

Disliked: The walls are quite thin, and in the morning at about 7 to 8 a.m, you can hear people getting up, talking and going out of their rooms quite clearly.
