Liked: We appreciated help and kindness of Chantelle, the receptionist. We were running late for the train and she offered to order a taxi for us and was genuinely concerned that we're not going to make it.. We strongly believe that she earned the hotel an extra star !

Disliked: Perhaps a bit of a noise late evenings..

Liked: Location is pretty well. Staff is really friendly and smiley. They even offered free breakfast in the morning that we arrived to the hostel, and it was nice. The decoration of the room was well, and it was clean. In short it certainly deserves its price.

Disliked: The poor sound isolation of the walls; though it wasn't that bad.

Liked: Nice location near city center, relatively safe area. Helpfull staff.

Disliked: We recieved a room near the staircase/corridor. When people were climbing the stairs it was pretty loud so we could hardly sleep during the night. No wifi available.

Liked: Cute balcony

Disliked: BED BUGS, rude staff. Traces of bed bug feces on the mattress. I know because I have seen bed bis before. Very rude staff, who couldn't answer concerns about bed bugs. Also as a woman travelling alone, this is not a safe area.

Liked: Ubication, cleanless and price. It is a good option if you are travelling with a small budget.

Disliked: The receptionist of the morning.

Liked: A really charming hotel set very close to the sacre coer. Nearby metro lines and good shops n restaurants.

Disliked: Currently undergoing some renovations. Decor is a little tatty. Price was quite expensive for such a small room.

Liked: Free breakfast, staff were nice and spoke English. Hostel felt secure, including the baggage area. Location was ok, near metro which is good. Lots of interesting places to eat around also. There's also a working lift!

Disliked: Nothing much. Average value though in my opinion, but still decent

Liked: Lovely, helpful staff, good simple breakfast (yummy coffee, juice, good bread and pan au chocolate), clean rooms, charming old building with beautiful wooden staircase, cheap for comfortable double room, right in Montmarte (really sweet area).

Disliked: Not much.

Liked: 10 mins walk to metro and convenient to supermarket. Rooms, shower rooms and toilets are clean.

Disliked: There is only toilet and shower room on G/F, 1/F, 3/F, 5/F. 2 floors residents have to share 1 toilet.

Liked: The location was great, new towels every day, shared bathroom and toilet were clean, breakfast was simple but good

Disliked: our room was extremely small and faced a wall, the showers smelled of mold, but that´s probably unavoidable in such an old building

Liked: The staff is very friendly, rooms cleaned and arranged everyday, our private bathroom was amazingly clean and the location just 5 mins from Anvers station, very practical for transportation.

Disliked: You can easily hear other people's noise or coming through the floors. They serve the same breakfast everyday, so you may get a little tired.

Liked: Location is good. Short walk to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur! Metro stop is also really close! Breakfast is minimal but good! Nice reception staff!

Disliked: There was only one toilet and two showers on our floor, which had to cater for six rooms!

Liked: The location of the hotel was very close to the metro, shops and the main sights. The reception staff were also very helpful.

Disliked: The only thing i would say i didnt like is that our room was placed right next to the public shower and toilets so this was a bit noisy at times as the walls seemed to be very thin. Besides that all was very sweet!

Liked: we got a small private, which had its own bathroom, and was quite nice for what it was...a great value for our money.

Disliked: It was noisy; we were in a street-facing room, and the walls were also very thin, so I could actually hear our neighbours peeing in their bathroom!

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the female staff who is on duty in the morning. She volunteered to lend me her mobile phone to make a call when the public phone was not working and continued to assist me in every way. I will definitely go back because of her services.

Disliked: No wifi.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. It is also easily accessible from the metro and in a great location.

Disliked: There was one bathroom on each floor and the showers weren't always clean.

Liked: The location was very good, Near to the metrostation and the Sacre Coeur and place de Tertre. The breakfast was good. Fresh bread. You can come and go when you want. 24 hours somebody at de reception. We had a room with a bathroom for ourself. Not so big, but sufficient.

Disliked: Nothing. For this price its a good stay.
