Dorothy MerrillMy friends and I had lodging difficulty and so arrived a day earlier than we had made our reservation. The extremely friendly and accommodating staff kindly allowed us to check in a day early, and did not charge us for not having a reservation for that day. Every member of the staff I met were exceedingly friendly and helpful - one of them even let us use his cell phone to make an important phone call! They also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for many hours after we had checked out. The room was very clean and comfortable and we felt very safe and at home. |
