Customer reviewThe staff was very friendly, and although one woman didn't speak English, the man's English is quite good. He helped me find a great place to eat in Paris! Wonderful area too--not very close to the center of the city but easy to get to by Metro. |

Justin ReinekeKind of expensive and they lost our booking. Luckly there was still a room open so it worked out for us, just a bit of a hastle. Hostess doesnt speak english but she is VERY nice and has a translator. Over all it was a good stay but dont go for the breakfast, costs lots for little. |

Customer reviewFine.....not sure why they turn off the wifi at night or why there is seemingly 100 characters to type in for a password. What are they afraid of??? |

Kimberly MetcalfHotel Garden was a cute little hotel with an excellent price. our room was great and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was really pleasant but it cost 6 euros. It was not so close to the eiffel tower and the louve and notre dame but the metro was reasonably priced and our view was fantastic. and we were really close to a cute and fun market that we would have missed otherwise:) |

Customer reviewSome lights in the corridor are not in function, increasing difficult for people to walk at night. Facilities like door, bed and lamp are rather old. The old lady cannot simply communicate with you in English but she is really nice as shown by her smile. |

Customer reviewIt's a nice quiet part of town, I would have liked the internet to have been more reliable and available from our room on the 6th floor. We also got stuck in the elevator which was slightly alarming. |

Shezal LaingFantastic location, across the road from a lovely children's park, with the metro and bus stops (going straight to Gar du Nord) around the corner. There are several large supermarkets minutes away (the closest is the most expensive though), there are also loads of places to eat out. The hotel has wifi but you have to sit on the stairs in the reception to use it, however the wifi connection is all around the hotel, including the park, so if it is a sunny day you can just sit in the park with your laptop. Our room was not particularly large but there were 4 of us and it did have a beautiful view overlooking the park, the room also had an ensuite with a great shower (and we weren't planning on spending our time in Paris in a hotel room anyway) I had to pay an extra £10 (roughly) which i was not aware of, this was for hotel tax, apparently all hotels in Paris have to pay this, and it is charged per night for each person staying (the £10 was for 4 people staying 4 nights) Staff are polite, friendly and helpful, i shall definitely be staying at the Garden hotel again! One last tip would be to explore the area behind the park there seems to be more of an atmosphere in that area. |
