Renovated in 2008, our residence with a decorative design, the Paris Residence Hotel has a great location thanks to its proximity to the Gare du Nord and de l'Est for all passengers to Eurostar, Thalys and TVG Est.

The Paris Residence Hotel has accommodation for up to 4 people.

The studios are 18 by 22 m² and can sleep one or two people. It is very functional and is ideal for a single person or a couple. It has air-conditioning and is decorated in sober and soothing colors. The soil is covered with parquet or contemporary tiles.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower with Italian or a bathtub. The space is also completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hot plate, and fridge) and has large storage space at your disposal.

One of the studios can sleep up to 4 people and is ideal for 2 to 4 people. Its equipment is complete and its space is organized in a very functional way. It is larger, in the same spirit as the other studios and is best suited to families as well as travel between small groups of friends.

The 6th floor studio has a quiet room overlooking the rooftops of Paris.

The Ground floor studio is designed to accommodate disabled persons.
