Good price, friendly staff, good location. We had a room on the top (5th) floor with a small balcony over the street, a very nice feature.

The location to the metro stop (Abbesses) and the area. This part of town felt very safe, and I frequently had to walk around the area on my own during the night.

This hotel is really worth every penny! It's cheap yet wonderfully located 5 minutes from Moulin Rouge and Sacre Couer, 2 minutes from metro Abesses. Lot's of cosy retaurants and a Starbucks. Helpful staff, and rooms are okay with a french balcony etc. If you want a wonderful stay in Paris for a low budget this is definitely it!

We liked the hotel and it was close to a good tube station. The room faced the street and there was a lot of noise very late form the cafes and street. If you want quiet try for a room not facing the street

The rooms are small but well furnished and cleaned every day. The bathroom was nicely proportioned and the shower was easy to use and had hot water. The staff do not speak very much English so make sure you have a phrase book to hand if you cannot speak French. They say the door closes at 11pm but they give you the access code to allow yourself back in whenever you like which is very handy. There are no facilities for making/storing food at all within the Hotel so you will have to eat out every day but it is well positioned for the Abesses Metro Station and is within easy walking distance of the Basilica de Sacre Coeur.

Great price for the location near Paris`s Abbesses subway station. Room 26 has balcony over the street. Not luxurious for 52 euros but very clean,
