Marija BirkicThe people that work there are very nice! I came earlier than expected, and even though it was no where close to check in, the front desk did its best and got us into a room right away. The ladies that serve breakfast are really sweet. |

Adam FieldHotel Belfort was reasoably clean and inexpensive for the price. It has basic amenities and is close to the metro so you can get to pretty much anywhere in under 20min. Breakfast was the typical white breadroll and croissant with coffee. There was cheap internet at reception and a fridge available for guests to use (however it was pretty dirty). It would have been great if the hotel would open there dining room and kitchen for guests to use as there is many small grocery shops in the area and it is great to be able to pack a lunch for the day ahead. Unfortunately the kitchen was locked at 930am after breakfast and was not available for guest use. Not a bad place for the price. |

Kaloyan Enimanevstaff was very kind - they let us check-in at 11.30 (several hours before the official 14h). sheets and towels were very clean. nice breakfast with a croissant and coffee/tee/chocolate every morning. |

Customer reviewThe staff is very friendly and polite. I liked how printing service and shuttle service to the airport is available. One drawback is that internet access is not free. The location is good because it is very easy to find. The bedroom is decent and the bathroom is very clean. |

Customer reviewThe staff were nice, and it was affordable. However, place really needs an upgrade. In our room everything was falling apart, cupboard, desk, bathroom, and it was not especially clean. I wouldn't stay there again unless I heard it had been renovated. |

Customer reviewthe staff were really friendly! however, a few of them spoke mainly french, so it would be helpful to know a bit of french. security was very good, as they kept your room keys for you when you were out, and you would collect them from the 24hr desk when you return. strangers would not be able to enter without their knowledge. our beds were made and towels were made everyday! there was free breakfast included too! the rooms were abit old but overall the stay was great! |

Kelsey O'BrienThe little elderly man who runs the hotel is charming and kind, and the breakfast staff are extremely nice. While it is near a metro stop, it is at least a 15-20 minute walk from anything big and touristy within the city, which is a bit of a trek when you want to walk out the door to someplace fun. |
