Liked: Location.

Disliked: Incompetent staff booked me into the wrong room, which only became apparent when a fifth person came into the four bedroom dorm at midnight. Although I was absolutely polite, when I would have been entitled to demand a refund at least, the staff then took a cowardly defensive aggressive approach taking advanatage of my politeness and good nature. Furthermore, the cramped four bed dorm was infested with bed bugs and other insects.

Liked: Nice communal areas, everyone very friendly

Disliked: Not much. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

Liked: Great location, nice clean rooms and bathrooms, nice atmosphere, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast was kind of plain, some fruit or boiled eggs would be nice. They need to fix the wifi to work in more range than just the lobby. Door key had to be fixed every day, a bit annoying.

Liked: The room I stayed in was great, double bed with decent sized ensuite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Close to Anvers metro station too.

Disliked: The reception area was sometimes packed with everyone using the wifi.

Liked: Location is excellent, staff very friendly, breakfast well organised, room clean and great to have bathroom for only 4 people. Lift worked and so much better than having to lug cases up and down stairs.

Disliked: Only source of fresh air for the room was the window, and it is a fairly noisy street - but earplugs solve that problem.

Liked: Most of the staff people were very helpful and nice. Great location which enables to experience awesome evening atmosphere of Montmartre.

Disliked: Terrible wi-fi. Could not catch the signal in the room I was supposed to be using it (it was not only my problem). When I finally got to the place where I was at range, the transfer was much too bad.

Liked: Very nice rooms and very clean, at least the 6th floor.

Disliked: Wi-Fi wasn't too good, sometimes it worked very fast but for moments it didn't even connect. Shared rooms doesn't have safe lockers.

Disliked: change room all the time....breakfast is not good ...limit bread only 1 piece that is small...

Disliked: I needed to extend 1 night and the price is really more expensive than the website. I think that this is not fair.

Liked: everything is ok

Disliked: noise and narrow stairs, no ventilation in the barthroom of our room

Liked: Absolutely no complaints.

Disliked: If there were any complaints, then it would be that the internet charges are a little high but most folks in the hostel seemed well enouhg connected with their personal i-Pads/laptops to not need the internet service provided...

Liked: Great location and easy to get to with the Metro. Breakfast, included croissants and cereal, better then most hostels I've stayed at! No lockers in the room but you could pay 50 cents and use lockers in main lobby for small items. You get the 50 cents back when you open it up. So that was good!

Disliked: Staff didn't seem happy..I know that's lame but shouldn't service staff be happy and friendly? I felt it was a chore for them to answer my questions, but they did end up answering them. Place needs to close down for a good two weeks and do a thorough clean job. Internet WiFi connection was very slow! Perhaps due to heavy volume of users!

Liked: Great location, very close to two metro station and also it's in a very nice area. I was in 4 beds female ensuite bathroom, the room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice and staff was helpful.

Disliked: The bed was very squeaky and there's only 3 computers which is not free.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff, free Wifi, windows that open to street or courtyard. Excellent kitchen and laundry.

Disliked: Carpets in some areas are disgusting, small bathroom/shower.

Liked: Excellent location, nice room (great view!), nice staff. Free breakfast!

Disliked: Nothing really. Bathroom was a bit shabby (but perfectly clean)

Liked: The kitchen is very spacious with utensils enough to cook for 3 people.The kitchen was better than the room.

Disliked: The room given to us was not tidy and bathroom was small without a mat to wipe your feet.
