Liked: If you don't mind staying a little off the beaten path but still near some cool places to visit in Paris...then Le Regent Montmartre is the hotel for you. Located in Montmartre just down the hill from Sacre Coeur (one of the cool places to visit) and near Moulin Rouge (another cool place to visit) lies this hidden jewel of a hotel. And, it is cheap too. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and clean. Lucky you if you get a room with a balcony..you will feel like a true Parisian. The staff are courteous and very helpful...and, they speak English too. Vincent was the best! It is also conveniently located on the Metro. A great place for groups.

Liked: This hostel was right below the sacre cour and across the road from the metro stop anvers so it was very easy to get too. The staff were helpful and the place was clean. I wouldnt bother with the brekfast as there is a great bakery in the block behind the hotel which is much better value: Our room was large for Paris and was a good place for exploring paris

Liked: Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Left Passports in hotels safe and they remained safe. Staff were more than happy to recommend cheap restaurants. Superb location, right next to the metero station. Cleaning was daily and thorough. Hostel really made the trip worthwhile.

Liked: Good location in Montmartre, Best place available for the price (paris is expensive for accomodations), this is a hotel, and not a hostel but it served as a good break to barracks style accomodation for the rest of our trip

Liked: The staff were all very kind and helpful..everyone spoke english and helped you out on how to get around and use the metro! It is an excellent location, very central and a perfect place for backpackers as well as couples and families. I would stay there again and recommend it to all !
