Liked: helpful staff. easy to meet other people. liked the music selection of the front desk. nice, clean rooms. really good breakfast.

Disliked: would have preferred a check-in time earlier than 4:00. also, would have preferred a location closer to the core of the city (rather than towards the northern end of the city). didn't find the staff who helped set up breakfast too friendly/helpful.

Liked: The rooms and bathrooms were pretty spacious and comfortable.

Disliked: You can hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway and other rooms.

Liked: Great environment, easy to meet friendly people, or get some work done. Nice kitchen (could use a cutting board), Foosball table, clean rooms, nice showers, right across the street from the Anvers stop. I've stayed at 6 or 7 hostels in Paris and this is my favorite.

Disliked: Pricey, but worth it.

Liked: It did what it said - was really close to Gare du Nord; was clean and worth the money.

Disliked: Nothing specific about the place itself. I was in a dorm room and one of the other inhabitants snored really loudly and then continued to sleep and snore while his alarm went off. So that was annoying but that is just what happens sometimes when you share dorm rooms - so I migth be tempted to go for a private room instead next time...

Liked: Adorei o hostel, principalmente as pessoas que trabalham lá. Elas são super atenciosas e tiram todas as suas dúvidas em relação aos pontos turíticos e te orientam em tudo que você precisa. Amei!

Disliked: Acho que deveriam apenas melhorar a pintura do hostel, pois, em algumas paredes a tinta não estava uniforme. Somente essa melhoria, pois, nos demais assuntos o hotel não deixa a desejar em nada. Toda a equipe está de parabéns.

Liked: Great location walking distance from Gare du Nord and the great food area of Montmartre. Metro stop nearby makes for easy access to whole city. Stayed in 4 bed female dorm room with own bathroom, convenient. Great to have kitchen access to make the most of Parisien produce. Handy to have breakfast included.

Disliked: Kitchen was lacking cups for water or wine and basic utensils such as knives, chopping boards, wine bottle opener etc. Luggage storage rooms were too small for the number of bags needing to be stored.

Liked: Perfect location and very friendly social culture. 24 hour reception is brilliant. Staff speak English (and other languages) really well. Breakfast included every morning is ok, croissants and bread rolls were great.

Disliked: WiFi only available on ground floor, near the reception desk. This was a problem being on 6th floor, inconvenient to go down to reception to send/receive emails or use internet.

Liked: Easy to meet people, nice commun room/kitchen and cheap internet acces.

Liked: Friendly atmosphere. Helpful staff who didn't mind speaking English when my French failed. Breakfast included.

Disliked: The beds were very creaky so it was difficult not to disturb the other occupants. The bedroom was too hot. The cold drinks machine had nowhere to put money in - I'm not sure how one was supposed to get a drink out.

Liked: The location is in a great area, right opposite the Anvers Metro stop and with lots of supermarkets, shops and lovely streets to walk around nearby. All of the staff we dealt with were very helpful. The room was small (private double) but totally fine and cleaned everyday. The free breakfast was also great, and the kitchen facilities were fantastic.

Disliked: The only thing that I would advise other travellers is that there is no bathroom in the private rooms, but we never had a problem accessing the shower or toilet on our floor. The hostel is also on the expensive side in terms of european hostels but great value for Paris!

Liked: The breakfast was good for what it was and the location was superb. There is never going to be a centrally located hostel in Paris because the city is too large- the next best thing is a hostel close to a) a well lit metro stop and b) a large monument in walking distance, both of which applied to this hostel.

Disliked: There was only one bathroom (no sink) on every other floor; same with shower. It was really frustrating to try and use the bathroom first thing in the morning and have to try three separate bathrooms by walking up and down flights of stairs to find an available bathroom.

Liked: It is good atmosphere and the location is good. The breakfast is also quite ok.

Disliked: Didn't like the fact that you have to put on and take your sheets off. I can see that it is a biog hostel but then again I've been to others as well, some much worse but this was always done by the staff(which makes sense).
