The breakfast was nice and filling, and worked well in the basement.

Me and my friend shared a double and used the shared bathroom facilities, which were very clean. The door was a bit flimsy as it backed right onto the courtyard. But all round helpful receptionist. A basic breakfast was included but good start to the day atleast! Good clean hostel.

This is a standard hostel: lousy breakfast, rooms that are totally stripped from soul, character and charm, furniture and interior to be depressed by. In other words; exactly what you can expect for this price, nothing more.

Location was great, the metro was a short walk away from the hostel whilst Sacre Coeur is within walking distance. Simple but adequate breakfast. Bathroom is slightly small though. Reception service was good. All in all, good place to stay.

The location was absolutely prime. The staff were very lovely and very helpful, my only concern about the place is that there was absolutely NO common area to chill out in. THere was a kitchen with very little utensils and a few chairs around the place but no lounges or comfortable common space, which is the best sort of area to meet other travelers and/or rest from the endless nature of paris. The stairs were a little bit tiresome but all in all, it was a pretty good hostel. Again, location was incredible, Sacre cour out my window..beautiful

Good location near a metro stop. Unfortunately it was pretty expensive for what we got. Pretty bare room. Not a great bathroom. Breakfast was poor. Expected a bit more from one of the more expensive hostels on my trip.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of Mont Martre and 200 metres from a metro station. We stayed in the double private ensuite, which was basic but our room overlooked the Sacre Couer and the bed was comfortable etc. The hostel is a bit noisy due to it ovelooking a school but my boyfriend and I slept through it (bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper though). After reading reviews of the breakfast I was a bit dubious but it was fine- a choice of cereals, toast and fruit juice- what else do can you expect for free in a hostel? I would recommend this hostel and my only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer. Paris is so good! Go on the bike tour it was our highlight 30 euros- www.bikeabouttours.com
