The location of this hostel within Monmartre is good, extremely short walk from the metro and close Gare du Nord for connections to the airport. It also includes a fairly decent free all you can eat breakfast (cereal, bread rolls with butter various jams, juice and milk, yoghurt). I only stayed for a night this time but I would consider going back.

We had an awesome three person room to ourself. Clean. Its in the very top part of the city but there is a subway station a one minute walk away so that didn't matter at all. The staff was great and all spoke English. Only complaint was its 2 Euro to use the internet for a measly hour.

I loved the rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful. Kiitchen needs more pots¨, pans and stove top elements.

Really good hostel. Very basic yes. But what more could you want than a bed, clean sheets, clean washing facilities and a good breakfast.
The only things i would say is. It's maybe not for you if you are on the larger side. I was on a top bunk and it was quite unstable. I am quite small and I don't think it would have taken much more weight. Also the shower rooms are tiny. If you were big you just wouldn't be able to get in to the shower.
Also we were straight on to a court yard which meant you had to go outside to use a bathroom which was slightly inconvenient but for the price it's not something you can moan about.
Fantastic hostel though. Very helpful staff, check in is 3pm but we went over as soon as we got to Paris and they let us lock our luggage in their secure luggage room all day so we didn't have to drag it round with us and the same on check out. It is in a good area near to a metro line.
Highly recommended one of the nicest hostels I have stayed in.

Very friendly and helpful staff who all spoke good English.
Excellent location in the beautiful district of Montmartre.
The only downside was that the kitchen should have more equipment, and especially should provide tea towels so people can dry and put away their dishes.
