Liked: Posibility to book las minute.

Disliked: Untidy, dark hostel, the shower was out of hot water, no chance to charge mobile phones as electrical outlet wasn't working in our room. the dirt was in every corner. wanted to leave hostel after first night.

Liked: Fun atmosphere, free wifi, free breakfast.

Disliked: No "quiet hours" - there were dudes downstairs very poorly belting it out on guitar until 2 am! Gimmie a break! Also the room was chilly and there was no way to adjust the heat, and the hot water lasted about 1 minute, and there were no individual locks in the rooms. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Liked: Location was excellent in Montmarte. Very easy to get everywhere and super close to the metro. Breakfast was great, woman serving it was not! Not noisy, double glazing on window meant there was no noise even though there was a school right beside.

Disliked: The stairs! No lift. Twin room consisted of bunk beds with no ladder, a table with one chair and a basin. Shower was awful, cold water even though there were not many people staying. Toilets smelt terrible. Staff were hit and miss, whether or not you got someone friendly. Wifi was slow and could not be reached from the rooms.

Liked: Very close to the station. Good atmosphere in the hall. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good.

Disliked: Shower broken, not always hot water. No lockers in the rooms. Note that u have to rent a towel.

Liked: Nice place close to Sacré-Coeur and metro Jules Joffrin. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was OK.

Disliked: The shower was tiny and the room sort of cramped, but for a few nights it´s allright.

Liked: I love Montmartre area, so the location is perfect. The metro station is in 2 minutes. There are shops in the area that stay open till late (for night-eaters like me :) The stuff was really helpful and friendly AND patient enough with my bad French :) The breakfast they offer is good (croissants, bread, butter and jam, cereal, coffee). It is clean. The lounge and the kitchen are nice. It has everything you need for this price.

Disliked: Showers on the second floor can be cold (those on the ground floor are ok, though). Internet is slow. The magnet key sometimes didn't work.

Liked: breakfast was OK except for the angry breakfast lady who made sure people didn't have more than one croissant.

Disliked: The hostel was filthy, the floors in the dorm and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks. The beds were rickety and everything has obviously been bought to keep costs down at the expense of comfort. This hostel is OK to stay in if you're only staying for a night but more than that, you'd probably get a better deal for you money elsewhere.

Liked: the location is good, very close to the metro, neighborhood feels safe

Disliked: the bathroom is beyond tiny (walk through a shoulder-width path to an area just big enough to fit the toilet). there is only one shower per several floors, which is covered in hair and filthy. NOISY. constant banging, music, loud talking all night. like others said i heard many people at the desk complaining about mistakes with their booking and payments. my pillow case was dirty and the blankets had mysterious substances caked on them. our door was semi-broken and difficult to lock

Liked: Staff is really helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is good enough, cereal, milk, juice, jam and croissants - which is pretty basic but anyway fresh and nourishing. Hostel location is not that great but metro station is 5 minutes walk.

Disliked: Location. Pretty far from main attractions.

Liked: it was a nice hostel, great location and friendly staff. has a kitchen to cook food

Disliked: the bathrooms and toilets were not the best but ok. The breakfast was ok but only 1 item per person and the lady was not very nice
