Elizabeth NewellMy husband got food poisoning the day we were supposed to check out, but our train for Venice didn't leave until 9 that night. The staff let us stay for a half day so he could sleep it off. Very sweet of them! |

Barbara SartoreThe location is quite good; the sourroundings are pretty and the hotel is just a quick walk away from 3 metro stations, which allows to reach any place in Paris in a short time. The place is safe and there are lots of facilities (shops, chemist's, supermarkets, all kinds of restaurants - about 10 just in the same road). The staff is helpful, the breakfast is really good and cheap, which is a good thing (in a brasserie breakfast can cost up to 8 euros). The only bad thing was that the hostel is not the cleanest place in the world, but towels were changed every day and all in all it was not that bad. Thinking that I paid a ridicolous amount of money for 4 nights, it's definitely good. |

Customer reviewPeople who don't know French may have problems with the management. Also, for each room there is only one key which must be shared with total strangers. Fortunately, mine were very friendly. The breakfast is a real plus, though. |

Vitalii Oulanovi would recommend this hostel(not a true hostel, but a peculiar hotel) if ppl know what they want and not really eager to meet anyone from the hostel, unless they go knocking door to door. Also, the very mild friendliness. |

Ben Fernlocation £20 a night is a bargain- it's paris so you hardly spoend any time in your room anyway so it didn't matter at all |
