We booked twin room there but when we arrive they sad they just has double. The double bed is not big enough for us therefore we fight for a twin room. Finally, we have 1 night double and 2 night twin. Although they offer us free breakfast, the twin room was bad....really small and is in 1st floor with dirt outside. We couldn't open the window therefore it's really hot. This arrangement is not good.

Absolutely NOTHING. They attempt to make you pay 6 Euro per person per day for "manditory" breakfast" even though this is listed NO WHERE under additional fees. They also attempted to charge us an extra night that we never stayed. We ended up having to walk the streets of Paris after midnight on arrival after travelling all day long because we would not agree to pay these fees which he could not explain where they came from, not to mention the kid at the desk was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life. He told us WE were wasting HIS time and he had the nerve to accuse us of being drunk because we would not pay the 50 extra euros he was trying to charge us. He also refused to give us his name or the name of the manager. The rooms were extremely small and cramped and the street was always filled with constant noise.. I'm in my early 20's I can handle noise from nightlife - but this was all day long screaming and yelling. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Honestly - there were also two other couples we watched walkout at checkin as well because they were also being charged extra. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere but here. This hostel and their ungrateful conning rude staff ruined our entire stay in Paris.

arrived to be greeted by an incredibly rude man who tried to make us pay more than what we agreed to. because he didnt get his way, he moved us to the PRIVE room, which was the size of Harry Potters staircase room. in the morning we got moved to a room 3 times the size. would of been a good hotel but it was ruined by the attitude of that particular staff member

Only one key for 4 people. Very difficult to coordinate. In a room with 4 twin beds that was only meant to hold a double. The staff were not very helpful at all. Location was ok, located next to two metro stations. Was only in the hostel to sleep and shower so it wasnt too bad. However, the window needs to be open to keep the place cool and you can hear EVERYONE! Very very VERY noisy. There are unexpected charges such as breakfast which is ok and taxes.

Good location, near the metro station, safe place, clean lines and good breakfast, but the staff was unfriendly, he speaks english but doesn`t speaks english to the guests, he doesn`t give any information. In my country, all the staffs in hotels are bilingual and prepared to talk to tourists.

The location of this hotel is strategic, close to Metro Ststion, not far from the city, Mini Market near by, many restaurants in the neighbourhood and also serve good breakfast
