Customer reviewnot really a hostel - small hotel really. Good location 10/15 mins walk to monmartre 20 mins to St Germaine probably 20/25 to champs d elysee. Really only 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord so great if you are getting off eurostar late evening. . Only 3 or 4 stops on metro to pont nuef. So ,well located and reasonable price for that location. Breakfast adequate and cleaniness about average for this kind of hotel but the rooms looked grubby thru lack of recent paint job and facelift. The public areas in the hotel were well mainteined and cleaned. A couple boulangerie , small supermarlet and a mac donads are all close by if you are on a tight budget and a few small reaustauenats with plat du jour ( two and three courses ) for between 9 -13 eors - if you have a bit more money. Worth a stay but not a backpackers venue if you are looking for company and a great social life. |

Anni LamponenHad read some mixed reviews online, but this hotel turned out to be lovely surprise! We were able to check in earlier than 14:00 and the day we were leaving, after checking out we were able to leave our bags at the hotel since our train left later on in the evening. The rooms were big enough and we had a very big bathroom. The shower leaked, though. The room was not spotless, but it was clean enough. It was also cleaned every day, as were the towels changed. Breakfast was good: croissants, bread, cereal, tee/coffee/hot chocolate and orange juice. Staff were very nice and helpful. All in all, this was great value for the money we paid. |

Customer reviewThe location was excellent, just around the corner from a metro, however, there is NO INTERNET available at the hotel. When I asked they told me that I could try and hack into one next door. You can go around the corner to Macdonalds and use the WIFI there though. Also, breakfast is included but there is a lady that serves you, no self service. The lady was quite rude as was the night counter guy. The man who worked during the day though was incredibly helpful. The rooms, have two double beds and are on a slant. The elevator wasnt working and the shower leaked. An average experience |

Customer reviewHeard some very mixed reviews online and was a little worried, but the place was fine. We had a small but perfectly adequate double room with an ensuite on the second floor. It was clean, safe and the breakfasts were decent (coffee, croissant, bread and jam, cereals). The shower took a while to get hot. Apart from one guy who was a bit uppity, the staff were friendly and helpful. Their English was limited so I think it did help that we had some French. (One American visitor struggled to get some information about the Velib bike rental system). It's not the Ritz, but for 64 euro a night, it's got my vote and I would happily stay there again. |

David JenningsIts cheap for paris and you get an ensuit but thats pretty much it. The bathroom cealing was covered in black mould which made the whole room smell and the room was small. Breakfast is ok though the room is small so you have to wait. Also the person serving it seemed quite moody and didn't care much about being helpful, she sat us on the same table and really close to two complete strangers which was pretty awkward. Also make sure you're going to and from the North station which is really close (and deals with eurostar to England) as the central station is really far from the hotel. |
