French double-bed, kitchenette with refrigerator, combined oven/microwave, 2 cooking plates, a shower cabin and separate bathroom with WC, a table/desk near the window to have breakfast, work or write a first novel.

The environment is very calm in this south-facing 4th floor apartment which gives on a lovely courtyard.

Your next door neighbor sometimes graces you with a violin serenade and you may feel as if you finally found your home universe.
