Liked: Absolutely perfect. My friends and I stated here and we loved it. Great location, just near the metro station, lots of facilities close by, access to all the main points of Paris in just a few minutes by metro. We totally recommend it to other travellers who looks for a calm place to stay.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: It was a great experience! Cheaper price and better than my expectation.. It's a studio with full facilities..

Disliked: 1. everything's small. I think it would be better for couples or two friends. 2. we live in the 6th floor and!! without lift!!!!!!!!

Liked: Locations was great and the Ledru Rollin metro station was literally 2 minutes away. Along with the supermarkets and the golden arch of course.

Disliked: Our first appt (before we had to move because of a leak) was very VERY small. We were totally surprised at the extent of the 'smallness'. however we did cope but we weren't in the appt an awful lot.

Liked: Had a great time in this apartment. Walking distance to Bastille and Ledru Rollin stations meant it was really easy to get around and see the city. This is our second time in Paris and we really enjoyed this apartment. The kitchen facilities were great and it made saving a few pennies easy as we could cook all of our own meals if we wanted to with food from the supermarket just down the road! The apartment was really clean and comfortable and Joey who met us on the day of arrival was really friendly and helpful. All of the information we recieved from the owner prior to arriving was also really helpful and made finding the apartment a piece of cake! Would recommend this to others and would definately stay here again.

Disliked: Gemma left no negative feedback.

Liked: Everything about this apartment and service was great! The owner and keeper of keys were polite and understanding and willing to discuss if something didn't go according to plan. The rooms are clean and comfortable, not excessively tiny. Also, the building's pretty quiet. The place is well located with at least three Metro stations a block away, Bastille at walking distance, as well as several convenience stores for your meals. Also, the bathroom is clean and in good condition, not to mention that you have your own washing machine, a pretty decent stove and internet included. This is a real good deal and I am definitely recommending this place to others and keeping it in mind for when I have the chance to visit Paris again! 5/5!

Disliked: One day we did find one roach close to the kitchen, but in all honesty the place is pretty clean so it must have come from the sink. Also, sometimes we had to struggle a bit with the building's door because at times it wouldn't unlock after we used the electronic key but that's mostly it. Nothing too terrible.

Liked: The flat is nice and pratical. There is a subway stop there. You have all it is necessary to cook there (cutlery, pans, plates, cups, glasses, and so one). It's good for two persons. You have a PC only for you with access internet. They provide you a hairdryer, towels and bed sheets.

Disliked: You have to up six floors without lift. I can't access the wifi, but there was a PC that you can use in the flat.

Liked: Welcome on arrival. Its is close to Metro - Ledru Rollin. So it make easy for travelling in late nights and early morning.

Disliked: The room size, it was not comfortable for three person. It is good for a couple.

Liked: Nice bottle of wine and PC with internet to use. Apartment was compact and bijou and a perfect pied a terre for the week in a fantastic location.

Disliked: Some noise from the neighbours however the owner of the flat did his best to sort it out. His input was appreciated!

Liked: This studio apartment was the perfect accommodation for our trip. It was really nice to have free Internet access, basic cooking facilities and a small fridge. If you prefer fancy hotels with lots of services, this is probably not for you, but if you're an independent traveler on a budget, this is perfect.

Disliked: The bed could have been more comfortable (it was a folded-down futon). Climbing up six flights of stairs every night was tough, true, but not a deal-breaker for us.

Liked: IT´S A REALLY NICE APPARTMENT. THERE IS A BEDROOM WITH A VERY BIG BED.. IT´S AMAZING. THE OTHER BED IS IN THE LIVING ROOM. ALSO, THE APPARTMENT HAS A GOOD LOCATION!

Disliked: INTERNET DOESN´T WORK VERY WELL.

Liked: The location was great! Close to the Bastille with all it's restaurants and colour and the hop on / hop off bus. Also close to a the metro station which had good connections across Paris. Free internet connection and laptop as well.

Disliked: SMALL SMALL SMALL SMALL! The ROOM was small and it was a STUDIO which wasn't clearly communicated! It was a studio apartment and our beds were fold out lounges. It said for three but it was actaully a double fold out lounge and a single fold out lounge. The photos are deceptive as it's really small! That said the location was great and if you're only sleeping there then it was perfect.

Liked: It's small T1 apartment with all the major facilities like wi-fi, cooking, cleaning, washing machine etc........ its Excellent for 2 people, good with 3 people, okay for 4 people...... market and metro station is just within 2 mins walking distance.

Disliked: No elevator...... also bit away from main city centre, but journey to city centre is quick as the property is located nearby a metro station. The main door key is not functioning well sometimes...... Be careful... you have to reach to the apartment before 12 o clock in the night, otherwise they charge you at least extra 15 euro.......

Liked: It was a very nice appartment to stay in and very local. It has everything that you need,

Disliked: Please update the cutlery in the kitchen. E.g. there were only two knives for four persons which made it difficult to eat together. A new frying pan would be great as the other one is broken. And the sleeping cauch in the kithchen/living room is almost broken in the madras. Otherwise everything was okay

Liked: It's quite close to the metro and Mc Donalds.

Disliked: It's not so clean. I saw a cockroach right after entering the building. I doubt the bedding was ever washed.

Liked: I was really impressed with the apartment- especially with the price which is unbelievable value. If I was to come back to Paris, which is very likely due to the amazing holiday I had, aided by the apartments great location, I would defiantly stay here again.

Disliked: Nothing at all.

Liked: Good location, really good furniture and interier. In apartments you can find everything you need. Good kitchen, little laptop,hairdryer etc.

Disliked: Our staying became horrible because of cockroaches. These insects are on the stairs and inside the apartment. I hope they will dissappear. If you choose this place be ready to see 3-7 insects per day.

Disliked: cochraches in corridors and stairs of the building, cleaniness of runners, corridors in building need to be painting, hoover was missing the long arm, no facilities to keep baggage before and after stay.

Liked: Great location, very friendly welcome, Joey was very helpful and flexible with our check in / out times. Laptop in our apartment was so useful, the shower was very good and beds were a good size. Small studio on sixth floor was still a good size for three teenagers to sleep in for a week, brilliant place to act as a base for our week in Paris :D

Disliked: Nothing - we even made a game out of the 100+ stairs we had to climb to get to our apartment, it was fun!

Liked: -Excellent location and very close to the metro -Felt very safe and peaceful -Clean and cosy, has pretty much everything you need -Our contact (Joey) was very friendly and the service was flexible -The laptop was practical -The value for money is excellent -Would recommend and stay again

Disliked: -No coffee machine, washing machine or safety deposit (were promised on the offer) -TV didn't work (you have better things to do in Paris anyway :D) -The bed was really squeaky and there was only one big blanket for the double bed which wasn't very nice for 2 friends

Liked: Great location, clean apartment, what else does one need? Jim the owner was very available to help with questions.

Disliked: THe linens could be updated, perhaps facecloths and a tea towel for dishes could be added.
