Liked: good area , good transport possibilities

Disliked: 6th floor no elevator

Liked: It's near to the metro station and supermarket.

Disliked: We were unable to use the oven as it was spoiled. There was no lift and we had to carry our luggage all the way up to 4th story. The room was a a tight squeeze.

Liked: Everything is great, love the design, the apartment location and the surrounding.

Disliked: the staircase is narrow and we have to climb 105 steps to our apartment. The wash room is very small.

Liked: The location was OK, so close to metro. The guy we met for check in was so kind and helpful.

Disliked: The room was too small for three people. I needed to use my own laptop but couldn't make it. also there were bugs in the room.

Liked: We had the appartment on the 4th floor for 3 persons. We liked the location near the center of Paris and metro station, fast internet. In spite of the location there was silent in the room and we had the chance to rest after whole day of walking in the city. About the appartment there are 2 markets (ED and Monoprix) where you can buy everything you need. There is also a little park with facilities for children nearby.

Disliked: The hair-drier was spoiled, there was no express maker (which was mentioned on the internet offer) and a soap in the bathroom. For older people climbing on the 4th floor on rather steep stairs could be exhausting,

Liked: as you come out of the apartments and turn left you get to bastille, cafe iguana was very good and the happy hour in most of the bars in bastille is between 6-9 so thats the best time to go to save money! very close to metro stations and taxis and lots of bakerys and cafes around the area, the 6 flights of stairs to get to the top floor apartment was quite tiring but we already knew this before we booked so cant complain but joey was very helpful and helped us carry our suitcases up. It was about an hour to get to disney first gettin the metro line 8 ledru rollin to opera then the rer to disney the public transport was very good and very easy aswel. They did lovely food in bastille pub and the service was excellent. There was an iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc in the apartment aswel which was very good. All in all very good for price and location would recommend to a friend and may go there again in the future

Disliked: not much to dislike apart from the stairs.

Liked: THERE IS FREE INTERNET WITH PC LAPTOP, SO WE CHECK EVERYTHINK ABOUT PARIS. VERY GOOD LOCATION. IT WAS GOOD FOR ITS MONEY.

Disliked: WE WERE AT 3th FLOOR , WITHOUT ELEVETOR, THE COOKING CASSEROLE WAS TOO SMALL, ONTLY FOR ONE PERSON TO USE, THE SHOWER DOOR DID NOT CLOCE AND THE WATER GOT OUT. THE VIEW WAS DERIBLE OUTSITE OUR WINDOW

Liked: The location was a good start for a tour in the city,close to metro station.It also had a bakery and supermarket close by.The studio was renovated in comparison to the rest of the building which was very old.And Joey (stuff) was very helpful at once!

Disliked: The behaviour of the owner Jim before and after the book.We had inconvenient flight hours and he assured us that he will arrange to leave our luggages somewhere safe for some hours but when we arrived in Paris surprisingly, told us that we had misunderstanded and the best thing was to store them in a train station.Very unprofessional of him.

Liked: The property was well furnished and the location is another advantage of this appartment. The guy that made the check in was very helpfull and gentle.

Disliked: One thing I didn't like is the fact that the building does not have lift, so if your appartment is in last floor you must walk six floors at least two times.

Disliked: A bit cramped, but still perfect for three travelers traveling on a budget who want to stay at a good location.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Bit tired looking and worn. A new inventory of kitchen utensils/ crockery/ cutlery needs to be revisited. Poor kitchen equipment. Basics such as 4 bowls/ knives etc... Light bulbs missing/ not working. Kitchen table marked and dirty/ needs replacing Bread board warped so therefore couldn't use properly.

Liked: The studio apartment was the perfect place for us to stay and felt cozy and safe. It was also really great to have a computer with internet. I loved it!

Disliked: It was a little difficult to find the apartments, and the microwave and hairdryer provided both lit on fire. We tried to avoid all appliances after that...

Disliked: Great place. The only thing you could miss is a oven. But not a big problem.

Liked: Location was really great. It was in a non-tourist area, close to public transportation and good restaurants, markets, bakeries. Liked having a fridge. We thought we'd to more cooking, but after a long day sight-seeing we were content to eat out. It was very quiet. Private bath. Heated towel rack.

Disliked: We expected it to be on the 2nd floor, but it was on the 3rd. It was OK for 2 people, but would have been really tight for 3 if they had suitcases. We still had to dodge the corner of the bar going from one bed to the bathroom. Didn't have a computer as advertised.

Liked: Lovely little appartment in a really nice district of Paris which you wouldn't normally get chance to see. Feels very homely and safe, and was perfect for three of us travelling but wanting some time spent sat reading a book/cooking as well. We really felt at home here! It's in walking distance of a lot of the main sites and for those further away such as the Eiffel Tower and Montmartre then the metro station is two minutes away. Well stocked supermarket just a couple of minutes down the road and loads of really nice boulangeries and shops around. Also plenty of restaurants and cafes although this seems like a more upmarket area for eating out so the prices are quite high. However the Latin quarter is only a 15/20 minute stroll away and that has a lot of very good and inexpensive places to eat. With the flat having a computer and internet, looking up details such as museum opening times and routes on the metro was made very easy so we were grateful for that. Loved our stay here and were sad to leave both the appartment and Paris!

Liked: It is just like home with a little cute kitchen. We just had a really happy hot potter party. It is very convenient for tourists to have a rest.

Disliked: No liquid soap.

Liked: It is quite spacious and clean compared to any other properties I've seen before. It has parquete flooring which sort of makes it a bit warmer.

Disliked: The heater did not work as strong as it should during the cold winter. It was still a bit cold in the room. The apartment was located on the 6th Floor. It took a lot of efforts to get there.

Liked: The room was so nice with the decorations~we were just like a warm family when we live in Paris.Thank you for doing so.
