Cozy apartments (studios for 2/3 and one-bedroom for 4) centrally located in the Bastille area, 2 minutes from metro. Fully equipped with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.

We have FOUR apartments in the same building at the address of 129 Rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine 75011 Paris : three studios for 3 persons and one-bedroom apartment for 4 persons.

All apartments are very centrally located, just 5 minutes from Place de la Bastille and 2 minutes from the metro station, with several supermarkets around.

All apartment are strictly NON-SMOKING and are fully equipped with all the comfort you need for your stay. Please read carefully the descriptions of each apartment and VERIFY BEFORE CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION THAT YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT ONE.

Detailed descriptions of the three apartments are as follows:

1. Studio for 3 (20 square meters, 4th floor without lift, 27 Euros per person per night) :

Non-smoking apartment, Ideal for a couple or 3 pals (queen size sofa bed + single sofa bed)
Cozy, warm, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

Kitchenette for self-catering : electrique cookers, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, bottle opener, fridge, cookware and tableware for 3.

Living room for relax and fun: closet, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV, computer with ADSL.

Private bathroom: toilet, shower, hair-dryer.

Towels and linens are furnished without surcharge.


2. Studio for 3 (22 square meters, 2nd floor without lift, 28.5 Euros per person per night) :

Non-smoking apartment, Ideal for a couple or 3 pals (queen size sofa bed + single sofa bed)
Cozy, warm, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

Kitchenette for self-catering : ceramic cookers, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, bottle opener, fridge, cookware and tableware for 3.

Living room for relax and fun: wardrobe, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV, computer with ADSL.

Private bathroom: toilet, shower, hair-dryer.

Towels and linens are furnished without surcharge.

3. Studio for 3 (20 square meters, 6th floor without lift, 24 Euros per person per night) :

Non-smoking apartment, Ideal for a couple or 3 pals (queen size sofa bed + single sofa bed)
Cozy, warm, nicely decorated and fully equipped.

Kitchenette for self-catering : electrique cookers, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, bottle opener, fridge, cookware and tableware for 3.

Living room for relax and fun: closet, dining table and chairs, flat-screen TV, computer with ADSL.

4. One-bedroom Apartments for 4 (35 square meters, 2nd floor without lift, 28 Euros per person per night).

Non-smoking apartment, very compact and functional, ideal for families of 4 or parents travelling with children.

Living room:

Double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table/chairs for 4 and open kitchen fully equipped: ceramic cookers, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, bottle opener, fridge, cookware and tableware for 4.

Bedroom:
Queen-size double bed,wardrobe, Computer with WIFI ( all dowloading is blocked on our computers. We recommand that you brought your own notebook IF you need to download anything during your stay).

Bathroom:
Toilet, walk-in shower and washing machine.

Towels and linens are furnished without surcharge.

Please read the following informations after you have made a booking:

1. It is strongly recommanded that you get in contact with us after your booking and inform us the exact time when you will arrive at the airport / train station / by car in Paris.

2. Feel free to contact us if you wish to have an early check-in or a late check-out. We'd do our best to accomondate.

3. In order to have a prompt check-in, it is VERY important that you give us a call as soon as you arrive at the airport /train station in Paris so that we can arrange for a meeting time.

4. When you are in front of the building, you will not see any sign or logo for the apartments because we are not hotels.

5. Arriving clients can drop their luggage in the apartment starting from 11 am. If you'd like to drop your luggage earlier than 11am, you can go to our office ( open from 8 am to 10 pm) at the address of 16 cité joly 75011 Paris. Departing clients can go to the same address too if you have a late flight/train to catch. In both cases, please DO let us know ahead of time.

6. Baby cots and high chairs are possible, contact us ASAP to reserve.

7. We’d recommend nice restaurants, sightseeing places and anything else, just ask!!

Standard check-in: Between 15h and 24h ( 25 Euros extra for arrivals after 24h30)
Standard check-out: 11h

Payment Terms :
Full rental is to be paid IN CASH on arrival. Payment through Paypal is OK (5% transaction fees) but please contact us before your arrival. We DO NOT accept credit cards on check in.


Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, please inform us at least one week before your arrival date. After that, we charge the totality of your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

Public transportations within 2 mins on foot :

► Metro Line 8 Ledru Rolin :
It brings you without changing to : Bastille, Republique, Grands Boulevard (Printemps/Galeries Lafayette), Concorde, Ecole Militaire (Eiffel Tower). (Changing in Bastille or Republique brings you almost everywhere !)

► Bus 76 :
Place de la Bastille, Saint Paul/Marais, Hotel de Ville, Rue Rivoli, Pont-Neuf, Musée du Louvre.
► Bus 86 :
Place de la Bastille, Ile Saint Louis, Cluny, Saint Germain des Près
