In a green setting, the residence is within 3 minutes walk of the RER station which offers direct access to the Gare de Lyon railway, 20 minutes only from Paris city center.

In the residence you will find many facilities, such as free parking lots, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, a garden featuring a small promenade and tourist information. Pets are welcome.

The residence offers studios and 2 to 4-room apartments hosting up to 7 persons. Each apartment is furnished and conceived to provide the utmost comfort. They are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette (depending on the size pf apartments), with a microwave oven, stove, hood, washing machine and dryer, satellite TV and WiFi connection (extra charge).

Alone, with family or friends for a few nights or several months, we offer four types of apartment to meet all your needs:

- Studio (approx. 20 m²) for one or two people
- The two pieces approx. 40m ² (1 + living room:) up to 4 people
-the three parts approx. 60 sqm (living room + 2 bedrooms + terrace or balcony) for up to 6 people
- Env.80m2 the four rooms (living room + 3 bedrooms + garden) up to 7 people.
All 4 rooms have two bathrooms.
