Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hostel was clean and well located. However the building itself was in an advanced state of disrepair and the room was very tiny and claustrophobic.

Liked: I liked the location near Place of Rebublic, where there are 5 metrolines crossing. In walking distance to the Eastern part of the city (Marais, Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame) and to Rue Oberhammer with pubs. The French-style breakfast was also nice. A bathroom for each room was very convenient for a hostel. The reception space was quite crammed with the luggage, since there is no separate room for luggage storage.

Liked: The hostel is very close to the metro and the staff seemed friendly enough. I was only there for one night and they had booked me into a private room even though I had booked for a shared dorm which was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. Great value for money.
