It was a good bargain: sheets, towels and breakfast included. The pub next door is lovely and reasonably-priced. Good location in a non-scary part of Paris. Fewer beds per room mean that you can get a decent night's sleep if you don't want to party, you can get to know the people you're put with and you don't have to worry much about getting your turn in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, being close to the Metro and to facilities such as a laundromat. It was quiet at night as well.

This hostel looks like a hotel, the place is clean, the staff is great, localization is good as well. I made a lot of friends out there.
