Liked: Great location and value for money for a Paris hostel.Nice to have breakfast included and free internet. Staff on the front desk were incredibly helpful - saw them go out of their way to help on many occasions while staying here.

Disliked: The internet connection was frustratingly slow!!!

Liked: I had a four bedroom mixed dorm room with a bathroom. The room was small when all four people were in it, but the room was still very comfortable. There was a nice window that let cool air in but also kept out the noise of the street. The bathroom was clean and a good size. Everything worked great and the beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean, even if only one bedsheet was provided. Blankets were available in the cupboard if we needed them. Breakfast was great and large enough for a good size breakfast. Location is wonderful and lots of restaurants around, an ATM is just across the street and a supermarket is next door. Super hostel!

Disliked: The hostel's interent was really spotty and it was difficult to access it anywhere in the rooms. Even then, it was really slow. The computers available for use are also slow but their keyboards stick and the browsers only load Facebook and Gmail things. Not very good. But everything else was fine.

Liked: very good location~~good facilities~~a fantastic place to make new friends~~the only disadvantage is a little noisy

Liked: The staff were pretty nice and helpful, but that's about it.

Disliked: - rooms too small, hot and uncomfortable, the beds were made out of that outdated iron material, the sheets were thin, shabby, and not changed daily. if you're unfortunate enough to get the top bunk, you'd better have some great upper body strength because the beds don't even have ladders. - the breakfast served wasn't something to write home about either. - there were only three computers available, and given the number of guests in the hostel it was almost impossible to get on any of them. - situated near a busy road, noise damn near intolerable at night.

Liked: The female day receptionist is a gem, -- as helpful and friendly as you would expect a customer service representative to be.

Disliked: If you have questions, like, oh, what room you're supposed to be in or how to make your key work, don't bother asking the evening receptionist. If you can lure him inside from smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone to his friends, he'll just tell you the problems are what they are, and you don't need to worry about it. Look for other hostels before this one.

Liked: It has a very vintage feel to it. Although the rooms we were allocated was seen as small, but i was actually comfortable with it. Really submerges one into the Paris living culture.

Disliked: The room being a bit small...but then again most accommodations in Paris are small.

Liked: The room was tiny (2 sets of bunkbeds) but it had a private bathroom and was pretty clean. They even put the sheets on the bed for you. The breakfast was mediocre at best but the staff was nice.

Liked: Great location in the Republique district - close to the metro. All rooms have own bathrooms which is great! Busy lobby where all the friendly travellers will talk to you.

Liked: The hostel is nice ,in central location, easy to reach. it is a small but well managed hostel. the rooms facing the streets can be noisy at night. the washrooms are few. the staff was nice and helpful
