Liked: Firstly its location is great, it's close to metro and Sacre Ceour and Moulin Rouge. Atmosphere and people are really frendly, you can easily make friends and hang out in the district. There is also a shop which is open almost all day long next to the hotel.

Disliked: There is no w-ifi in the rooms , we just have internet at common room (reception area). That was the only disadvantage for me.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Toilets and shower rooms are very small. The kitchen is dirty. I opened one drawer in the kitchen and there was brownish water inside. I planned to prepare my dinner in the hostel initially but felt too disgusted to cook and eat there.

Liked: They gave us a private 5 room when we'd booked into a 6 room dorm. It would have been cosy if we hadn't known each other though. The location was good very close to Sacre Cour and although we got the metro as it was a very wet weekend it's not too far to walk to the centre. The breakfast was very good for a hostel breakfast. croissant and a bread roll as well as cerials and cofee, juice and teas.

Disliked: If you were travelling alone or in a small group it may not have been easy to meet people as the comunal areas are very small. This might also be a problem if you were going to cook your own meals as although the kitchen had most things you would need you would also have to find somewhere to perch.

Liked: private rooms are comfortable, perfect for the price. Really good location. More clean than dorms, TV, shower and sink inside the room is a great plus. Good breakfast.

Disliked: small kitchen. not so much place to sit and eat. a slight bad odor from the room shower drain, but that's not their fault, it seems to be a common trouble in big european citites drain systems.

Liked: good breakfast, clean, free Internet (just in the lobby), amazing location, heater

Disliked: no lockers on shared rooms, no Internet signal in the rooms, small kitchen, no so much place to sit and eat comfortably during the day, they close the breakfast room.

Liked: Usually when one pays a low price for the stay, one also gets a "bad" hostel. This hostel, however, was really worth the money! The rooms were clean and nice, the hostel was calm and they had free breakfast.

Disliked: I did not like that there was a curfew of 2 am, or that the breakfast "buffé" only included bread and croissants. I would have liked fruit. Also, the rooms were a bit small.

Liked: Friendly and welcoming atmosphere with bilingual staff. Hot running water and comfortable beds. Excellent and rather quiet location in Montmartre and close to various supermarchés, the Sacré-Coeur and the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station.

Disliked: The curfews. Breakfast is 7:30-9:30am : a minute late and the door is locked and you're kicked out of the eating area. Mid-day lockout is from 11am-2pm : if you stay too long in your room, you're asked to leave. 2 a.m curfew : Front door is locked, lights are turned off and the lobby closes completely. Rather small kitchen too.

Disliked: el staff parece cansado de los turistas y no son muy amigables. No es un lugar adecuado para descansar. hay mucho ruido, escuchas lo que pasa en las otras piezas y la pieza tenía un muy mal olor

Liked: It's really close to the Mettropolitan (Mettro), it's placed in a great part of Paris. There are too many Cafés around it, the breakfast is amazing and they have hot water

Disliked: The bathroom should me cleaned everyday and the computer really culd be better.

Liked: The neighborhood is wonderful... Montmartre is such an interesting area to be in. The breakfast was good... I especially liked that they gave us fresh croissants every day.

Disliked: The whole place smelled a little dank, but I think that was more due to the age of the building rather than the cleanliness of the facilities. I found it annoying that there was no where to lock my stuff up in the rooms, and that there was no WiFi in the rooms. The lack of WiFi was almost solved by the free computers for use in the lobby (where there was WiFi), but you weren't allowed to be there after 2. Which was just kind of silly when we were being quiet and just answering email.

Liked: I liked the breakfast served every , the fact that almost every room had bathing/toilet facilities, and the change of towels everyday

Disliked: I disliked the condition of the kitchen, it was not very well-equipped, extremely dirty and some of the equipment were spoilt

Liked: It is located in a very quaint and lovely part of Paris. The free breakfast is a plus.

Disliked: Internet access is limited to a very small and sparsely appointed area of the lobby directly next to the reception. Added to that, there are very limited electrical connections so keeping devices charged proved to be a challenge with only one one adapter. There were constantly no available seats/tables and people sitting on the floor all over the place.

Liked: The hostel is located in a good location in Mornmartre, not far away from metro station, which has a good connection to other stations. Reception has four computers with internet, which is free. Rooms are decent, we were a group of four and were lucky to get a room with four beds, thus I don't know situation about living with strangers. Rooms have shower and a toilet, bathroom was clean when we came. Breakfast was very good, coffee, tea, orange juice, crossants, bread, butter, cereal, jam, etc.

Disliked: Queues to the internet. No towels in a bathroom. Low temperature in the rooms (we were there in early December). They lock doors at 2AM.

Liked: Good location, a little bit outside of the main tourist areas but located very close to the metro station.

Disliked: The staff member that served us was quite unfriendly, the lack of lift facilities makes carrying luggage up and down 3 flights of narrow stairways quite difficult.

Disliked: We came in a group of 6 and stayed in a room. The bunk beds always make creaking noise and the worst part is there is no proper water supply for the toilet and the bath which should be taken care of.

Liked: Compared with the price, it was better than the others.

Disliked: The breakfast was free of charge but do not expect too much since it was poor. Anyway, you start to the day with a hot cup of coffee and a croissant. Better than nothing.

Liked: The atmosphere was good and breakfast was nice. There is hair dryer I can borrow which I think is important for female travellers. The location is not far from Paris Nord, about 15mins metro ride. Free luggage storage.

Disliked: Some reception staff can be unfriendly. I have one bedsheet less than others, and I asked for it at the reception, but they do not want to give me. Also, I was sleeping on the top bed, which will shake if I make any movements.
