Liked: Really great neighbourhood, close to the metro, nice friendly travellers, and loved the breakfast.

Disliked: The rooms werent the most pleasant and i thought the price was a bit high for what they offered

Liked: great location and staff.breakfast was superb and so quiet.wanted to stay longer. i would like to get into that back garden for a day or 2 !

Disliked: french keyboards!! internet always crowded and so slow if working at all.

Liked: ALL of the staff were very helpful and very friendly. I particularly appreciated this as I am no longer a young woman and I felt very respected and assisted.

Disliked: The room was very very small and contained six bed (three bunk beds!) It was a nightmare trying to negotiate around the room. There was no where to store anything at all hence the floor became an obstacle course with everyone tripping over everything. The bed had to be moved to get the window open. The beds didn't have ladders so those on the top bunk struggled. This room was quite expensive and not at all worth it.

Liked: The amenities included a lot. For the $ it was a good value such as the free breakfast, wifi, & clean rooms.

Disliked: The only issue I had was the wifi that didn't work for 1/2 of my stay, but they have computers that were useful.

Liked: It is in a charming part of town, and anything I needed was within walking distance. It was relatively close to the metro, so we could easily get wherever we wanted to. The breakfast was nice, and it was all around a very cool place. The staff is friendly and helpful and very nice.

Disliked: The place is too small to accommodate the number of people here. The WiFi is only available in the reception area, and there is just not enough room for everyone who wants to be online. I only had my iPhone, and the internet never showed up on it so I could connect. Also, the rooms are very small, which wasn't too much of a problem because one is rarely in the room when travelling, but our luggage was all over the floor because there was nowhere else to put it, so we had no floor space. My bathroom had no ventilation, so it was a rain forest when I got out of the shower.

Liked: Good location, close to Lamarck station, grocers. Staff was nice and spoke English well. Excellent price, beautiful area. Good Value.

Disliked: Room was so, so, so small. Couldn't move without bumping into or hitting my head off something. Woke up every morning with a couple of spider bites. Though overall I would stay there again, for what you pay it is pretty decent.

Liked: Really cutely decorated. Free Internet. Pretty good breakfast. Nothing that would make me not want to come back.

Disliked: Would have been nice to have a top sheet. Have to pay for towels, 1 euro.

Liked: Location is perfect for the ones who love the small streets in Monmartre !!! Sometimes a staff at the counter might seem unfriendly, but they are nice after all !!

Disliked: Just a little smell in the shower room and the room is a bit small for 6 people, but still good value for Paris.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. No eggs or cheese but great croissant & muesli, hot milk, jams, juice, etc. Also, computers available for guests to use which is convenient. Internet only worked in the lobby but it got the job done. Late check-in (4pm) but they gave us our room at 2pm.

Disliked: It got the job done but there were many small annoyances, like the room was quite cold at night, small holes in the sheets, water damage on wall, wooden moulding hanging off wall with a few ants crawling around, shared bathroom had no toilet paper for 1 entire day, wifi only worked in the lobby. It seems like the management could have fixed these problems quite easily but I guess they are lazy. That being said it was an ok place to crash.

Liked: Not a great deal. Avoid it if you can, but it is not totally terrible if you can't. Guy at front desk was fairly helpful.

Disliked: Tiny rooms with no lockers as far as I can remember. They charge for sheets (although only in theory - the guy didn't actually care - and it is only around 1 euro). Wifi isn't in the rooms so you have to come down (4 flights of stairs in my case) to use the (unreliable) internet. There are also no way near enough seats in the "wifi zone" near the reception. No lock on (en suite) bathroom door. Location is ok but not great.

Liked: Cleanliness.

Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. The room was very small. Steep and narrow staircase. Curfew between 11:00-16:00.

Liked: Rooms clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, small kitchen you could use to cook helped on economising, and the free breakfast was good. The decoration, crazy lamps and wooden floors in the communal areas were cool, they made more of an effort with decoration than most hostels. Beautiful area of Paris, and not that far out from the centre on the Metro. The free internet was also really handy.

Disliked: Could have provided a better map/instructions online of how to get there from the Metro station - I got lost, but not too badly - found it eventually, just took a bit of searching. Only a blanket provided on the beds - was occasionally cold at night.

Liked: Location was great, next to a central metro and the Basilica. The room was clean and facilities were good.

Disliked: Noise outside my window was a little annoying, stuff could have been nicer. Otherwise not bad.

Liked: Quite a peaceful and nice neighborhood. Decent breakfast.

Disliked: Not the cleanest-looking bathroom, which was neither equipped with hand soap. Staff, though not particularly rude, weren't very helpful.

Liked: It was located in a calm area of Paris and very close to the metro station.

Disliked: The rooms were overcrowded, we stayed five people in a very small room, that got extremly stuffy at night.
