Liked: Near the underground station. Rent a bike is also around the corner, also the boulangerie, a little supermarket and a good restarant. The breakfast is good and free. The first night we had room 29 wich is a room near the entrance, there was a lot of noise of slamming doors en people, so we did'nt sleep much. The next day we told it to the staff and in 30 minutes we had an other room wich was relaxed and still.

Disliked: The rooms are very small and dirty, the shower is not always warm and the beds are very hard. And a lot of noise from other users.

Liked: The position in the montmatre zone, near the underground station and the main attraction in montmatre

Disliked: That at the 2 am the hostel close the door.I didn't read this option in the description!and the staff as well wasn't very friendly.

Liked: It is near the metro and Sacre Coeur. Great area to hang out.

Disliked: Night staff was not accommodating.

Liked: Very clean and nice rooms, seems more like a hotel rather than a hostel. Breakfast is very good.

Disliked: The kitchen is too small and there are no places to sit down to eat. The common room is also too small. The shower in the morning didn't work very well. Sometimes internet wouldn't connect.

Liked: The location is good the metro is really neer

Disliked: The staff treat you bad, they don't help a lot, and at the breakfast the person yelled at us several times

Disliked: Unreliability of Internet and no Wifi access in rooms. Lack of decent common area, foyer often very crowded.

Liked: A nice and clean hostel, with a really cool interior.

Disliked: Our room was maybe a little too small, but otherwise it was fine.

Liked: The free breakfast wasn't too bad, I stayed in a girls dorm, so it was nice to have an ensuite (though it was shared between 6 girls, it didn't seem to be muh of a problem because we could use the bathroom upstairs). While Montmarte is a little far from the main tourist attractions, it is a really lovely area.

Disliked: The staff were quite rude, with a few exceptions, and they didn't seem to have much knowledge of the surrounding area. While the rooms are cleaned daily, they aren't cleaned very well, I don't think the room itself (not the bathroom) was ever vacuumed. Also, I don't know about the other bathrooms, but the two showers I used - both of the shower heads were broken, so you had to hold the shower head when trying to wash your hair (annoying for girls). The stairs in the area are a killer, but that's not the fault of the hostel.

Disliked: The hostel closes at 2 am, so i had to stay out until 6 am everyday.

Liked: I really loved this beautiful hill area of Montmarte where hostel is located. The hotel was in good condition and mostly clean. There were six computers for internet use and you didn't have to pay for use which was really nice.

Disliked: There was no locker for luggage in my room.

Liked: This hostel is located in a beautiful location, close to a metro as well as Sacre Coeur. The area has little markets where you can buy bread (among other things) for a euro and fruit inexpensively. The breakfast every morning was a great way to start the day. I was sick while staying here so I did not eat out in the area. My sister, who stayed with me, had never been to Paris before and navigated herself easily around alone and felt safe at all times. Althought we were not out very late arriving after 11pm our first night where we did not see many people around on our way to the hostel and were in by 10 pm the next night. We did not go out to party, drink or eat in the area although there seemed to be many cafes and restaurants open during the day (close to the hotel and all around Sacre Couer). Our room had two single beds and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Our room had a desk, a very large opening window and reading lights above our beds. There was also a laundromat just a few minutes down the street. I thought this was a great hostel for the price.

Disliked: It is very easy to hear everyone else in the hostel as the walls seem to be paper thin. I have stayed in many hostels though and brought ear plugs and an eye mask. I did not hear a thing and slept very well unlike my sister who did not sleep at all the first night. She bought ear plugs the second night she did not have a problem.

Liked: location. relatively close to metro but bit tricky to find

Liked: loved the breakfast provided. best breakfast. :) staff is helpful. great that there was a private bathroom in our room.

Disliked: wifi only in the lobby. :( the common kitchen isn't tidied and some of the utensils are dirty. heaters weren't working in the room.

Liked: Very clean, convenient and charming location, nice breakfast.

Disliked: Wifi didn't work in our room but was fine in the lobby, though not enough seats there. When arriving at the Lamarck metro with luggage note that there is an elevator to avoid the many flights of stairs.

Liked: The breakfasts were great and the staff were all friendly. A good location close to the metro station. Close to good shops to buy cheese, wine, bread and next door to an amazing patisserie.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: it could have been nice if there were a common room, for instance changing there enormous breakfast room that they only use for 2 hours a day into a common room. rooms were ok.

Disliked: bed bugs! both my sister and i got bed bugs and another girl we talked to in a different room. told the staff and they didn't do anything about it.

Liked: It was in a really nice location in the 18th arrondisement. The area was beautiful to walk around in with heaps of shops

Disliked: the room was a Little small for 6 people, but it's Paris. We still all managed to fit with our luggage

Liked: They serve an amazing breakfast, and the staff is really helpfull, they answered properly all the questions we had.

Disliked: The shower. We had a small shower in our room, but was soooo small that we barely ahd space to move.

Disliked: It is located in an not-so-cheap area, so be prepared if you find the food is expensive.
